Here is how it is stated in the agreement:

In Consideratation of the Wife's intrest in the maritial home the husband shall pay 70,000 by bank check together w/ simple intrest at the rate of 5% ($9.59 per diem) payable apon the first to occour of the following:

A: The Husband's remarige
B. The sale of the premisis
C. The Husband no longer residing on the premisis
D. January 16, 2017
E. The Husbands Death
F.At husbands decritiation
This was made 6/28/06

Bankers are telling me that i have to pay him 9,59 per day startin 6/28/06 and my friends are saying that none of this has occoured yet so no intrest is needed. Who is right?
If I did have to pay intrest to him who much would it be?
Is there any free layer advice lines that I can call?

Please any help that you could give would be greatly appreatited.

I'm in the process of planning my wedding and I want to make sure that the day goes well and everyone enjoys themselves - including myself and my bride!

I've been doing some research online but can't really find any good websites that answer all my queries. Can anyone recommend a good site to look at?

Also, as we are planning a small wedding, it would be awesome if we could find out about weddings that don't cost a million dollars. We want to save some money for the honeymoon. LOL.

i wrote about this the other day but i just need to let some more steam out i guess i will recap quickly in detail for you. I am 28 with 2 kids, married 6 years. I was laid off my job 5-6 months ago. I finally found one i start in 2 weeks. My husband has been paying rent, utility's ect since i have no income. He is highly upset by having to do this and says i owe him big time and i have to pay $ him back when i get my paychecks. He is making me learn my lesson he says by not putting enough food in the fridge for me to suffer and realize what having been laid off has done to me. My son couldent go to school today because his shoes are t small and he wont buy any new ones he says its not his problem. all are utility bills are now past due he says hes decided not to pay them he says since i don't have any income then why should he care. tomorrow the cable, internet, and phone will be disconnected. My cell was cut off last week already. I think i am gonna save when i start working to leave

I saw this old lady on tv the other night. She was 114 and she was the oldest person at that time. She kept falling asleep when people were talking to her. What do you think it's like to be really old?

How do people cope with the prospect of imminent death? Does it make you feel different about death if you're old or are you still scared of it? Any personal stories about this?

ok i really liked this guy last year and we got really close in school. his name is webb. Ihad 7 out of 8 classes with him, sat next to him in 4 subjects and all my friends said he liked me. Well we never actually went out because i had just gotten over my last bf and wasnt ready to literally date. to be honest i was kind of scared to start dating again. well he ended up telling me he loved me but he never even asked me out so it was hard to know if he really luvd me. and everyone always sez u cant b in luv at my age so i tried to forget about him, and then this guy from my church and i startd to hang out and he asked me out so i sed yes. and then webb was really upset so we got in a fight and i sed i hated him. i havent talked to him for like 6 months and me and the guy from church r no longer together. but yesterday at staples i saw webb, and my stomach flipped like it duz when i really like someone. but i thot that i hated webb, so wut does this mean? do u think i like him or wut???

The general assumption that I receive as a single mother is that no 'good guys' will ever be interested because of the questions that they will be asked, that all we're looking for is a father, and that we are only good for sex, why is that? my dad jsut died 2 weeks ago and all my mom duz is talk **** about him and when i cry she makes fun of me. my mom and sister gang up on me and fight me. yesturday my mom kicked me out so i was putting on some clothes and she took a steel bar from the vaccum and started beating me with it on my head. i tried to grab it and accidentally slapped her the nmy sister jumped in and held me down while my mother was punching me. i would never hit my mom EVER. i was jst trying to make her stop hitting me. My father has had anger issues as long as i have known. Whenever something small happens, he will just go into a swearing fit, thenproceed to yell at my mother and myself. we tell him constantly that he has an anger problem, but it never stops him. i have asked my mom about a possible divorce but i don't know how much that would alleviate or complicate things for the future.

There's a nice guy at them gym, he's gorgeous looking. I was just getting out of my car and walking in to the gym when he walked past and gave me a really nice smile, I smiled back....

That was about a month ago? I haven't saw him until tonight....

I walked in the gym and he was talking to some guys, he looked up, smiled and said hey!! or Hiya, something like that...

What does it mean? He's gotta be about 22 or something, and guys that young aren't normally that mature, confident and nice.

Is he just a nice guy do you think? Or does he fancy me?

I had a semester class with this kid, we started talking and became friends. I added him to myspace, and teased him about stuff on his that was dorky. Well I started thinking he might have liked me bcause whenever I aksed who he liked, he'd say "Yo Momma!" and wouldn't say, and he would ask who I liked and I wouldn't say bcause it was one of his friends, and him, but he'd try & guess every single guy's name he knew. Then one day he randomly asked me if I liked his new song on MySpace, which was Love Like Winter by AFI, his song before that was Mr. Brightside by The Killers. The reason I think they have to do with me is because I had told him I was dating a college guy way back when we first started talking/flirting (but I wasn't), & after our friendship progressed, I was more sarcastic/bitchy w/him sometimes and Love Like Winter is about cold love...I know it's weird, narcissistic logic, bt what do u think?

Ok so myself and my guy really do want to get married, but in about 2 years. We also both want a atleast semi-traditional wedding, and well if we do get married @ that time, i'll just have turned 18, and I know for a fact that my mom wouldn't like that, so there's NO way that it would fly. When I'm swimming at the waterslide park it's like out of nowhere I've gotta pee, like really badly. Like most waterslide parks the bathrooms are far away by the entrance and I feel I can't hold it that long, to walk all the way over.

What do you do, if you've been in my situation?
