if you're plastered you might wind up inintentionally having sex with someone but it takes a bit of effort to actually do it and even tho your judgement may have been affected by the booze, you still intended to do it at the time... other than that it would be like that other punter said, what you tripped and your cock accidentally fell into her crotch??
