You absolutely should. The other person/group/corporation sounds like a total jerk/asshole/shitbag, and you are undoubtedly right. You should walk right up to him/her/them and tell it right to his/her/its face/leader/receptionist how you truly feel. Then he/she/it/they will understand and you can continue your happy/joyful/merry life.
At least, that's what I think...
