okay so it's summer break. i haven't seen this boy since school. so why do i even think about him? i mean i like this boy a lot before but now i don't even have feelings for him. his always on my mind and i'm missing him so much.. and i don't even understand why. yea i know this sounds insane, but does anyone have a answer for me please haha thanx x

okay i'm 13 and okay earlier today i was kinda smarting off to my mom like being bad(oops!) and she was like nope i'm not doing your hair for school tomorrow(she always does our 1st day hair that's it) and i was like really sad cuz i hugged her and she was like nope still not doing it. how should i make it up to her like what should i say to her that'd make her forgive me and do my hair??

My husband is afraid that if his kids from previous marriage get mad at him for something ( for ex. if he doesn't let them go to their friends' house) they will run to their mother and make up stories to get back at their father. They already complained to their mother about him threatening to spank them. She called my husband and told him that she was going to call the police on him.My husband never spanked his kids , but he does threaten sometimes( we both know it is wrong !). My husband's ex is miserable and very bitter and she will gladly use any opportunity to hurt my husband. My husband is afraid that his daughters could make up a story about him abusing them sexually or physically. The girls are very spoiled and demand money and clothes so that's why we are afraid that they would lie and blackmail us to get what they want. My husband told the kids that he couldn't trust them and can't have them at our place, but he loves them and he wants them in his life, what should we do?

boyfriend of 4 years just sent me an EMAIL to tell me he doesnt have the passion anymore to make our relationship work. He said that we should take some time apart, so that he can figure out what he wants. This was out of the blue...we've been looking at houses to move into together. I cant stop crying and feel rejected and hopeless. I didnt respond to the EMAIL, its been 4 days. We have never gone more than 12 hours without speaking to each other in 4 years.... should I or shouldnt I demand at least a face to face discussion? Or should i hold my head up and walk away? brokenhearted and miserable

I know how lame this is, but I could use another opinion. I met a girl a few weeks ago, she seems fine, but I have no interest whatsoever in dating her. There's a big problem she's 18 and I'm 20, and that really creeps me out. She's really clingy and bugs me every day, how can I tell her that it would be alright if we had an open/flexible relationship with some space, without pretty much asking for friends with benefits and freaking her out?

Ok, here is todays situation - normally it is worse.

She wanted to make lasagna, and asked if I could leave with my 2 year old for a while so she could. I did. When we came back (at 3:30) she gave me the EGGS she cooked for me while we went out. Ok, why did you make me eggs? "you wanted them for breakfast!" To her it seemed logical. What happened to the lasagna? I got no response.

Then she said she wanted to go to Red Lobster. After a little convincing she got me to go. Ok, so we're going to Red Lobster. But wait, now she wants to go to Taco Bell. Ok I say, it's cheaper anyways, and closer to lasagna than seafood is. Well then it turns into will I go to Taco Bell and bring it home for her. With a movie, but it has to be a good one. Is she beyond all repair?

Note about the movie - last time I got 4 movies (Touristas, Casino Royal, Stranger than Fiction and Blood Diamond) and she made me go get NORBIT! I mean, come on, Norbit! Is she crazy?

my family, and one of my other friends reckon that my friend is ver pushy with me. last night i was gsoing out with friends she didnt know, but she basically invited herself.. then got annoyed when i called her before she was leaving her house and said 'one of my friends is really tired so he's going home so we are to' it was the truth. she invited herself anyways. she backs me into corners in conversation to get me to come out with her. when im not with her i understand what people mean when they say shes out of order with me. but when im with her she seems nice. except for the occassional insult. lol. im so confused! is she a friend or just a *****?!

Yesterday my boyfriend told me that he doesn't really feel "excited" about marriage or having children. He said that he doesn't dislike it but he doesn't like it. He "has no opinion on it". We're both still in grad school so I know that I still have a long way to go before I get married but eventually we both know that we want to spend the rest of our lives together. Is it bad that he doesn't feel "excited" about starting this part of his life though? Is it because he's still young or Is it normal for guys to not feel "excited" about it these things?


Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that he is not the type of guy that gets excited about things. He hardly expresses extreme happiness about doing something. He is always just "no opinion" about everything. He's really laid back. But still, it's marriage! and kids! and I know that he really loves me, that he'd do anything for me and vice versa but not sure if this is normal.

My best friends niece is staying with her along with the parents. The girl is 19 years old, dropped out of school when she was 15, got fired from every job because of laziness A couple jobs lasted only 2 hours. Says she has a thyroid problem, that is why she is about 75 lbs. overweight (I saw 6 boxes of "Little Debbie" snacks on her bed).. Why do parents not insist on making their kids get an education, learn to pick up after themselves, be productive, do something with your life instead of watching soap operas? I cannot imagine what this girls life will be like, to me, she seems doomed. The parents are allowing this to happen to their daughter She even tells her parents to get her drinks from the kitchen, make her a sandwich, for petes sake, get off the couch and help yourself!

To make a long story short. I have bitterness in me that I dont know how to get over. I have been to my home country of Barbados for years and it seems that everytime I go I get hurt by my so called friends or family. Like back stabbing and back bitting. My last trip to Barbados I realize its just not the ones who hurt me. But, the Island as a whole has some really bad ways, People there like to talk about other people I mean like everyone. And if your doing good they want to bring you down. If your white its OK but if your trying to make it as a lower income black person your not supposed to. Barbados is a very classes country. Also if your a forgeiner two things happen if your a woman for business or other wise every man just wants to take advantage of you. And this hurts I thought bigger of my country for years & to see the true picture really hurts. I have beknowned my family and my friends there. I live in NY & have no plans to ever go back. Just to get past the bitterness & pain.

Several issues are going on. The first issue is money, he lives with his parents (pays $0 rent), has a full time job, but never has any money. His "friends" borrow money from him all the time and he buys toys...radios, car parts (he collects cars). I thought for the past three months he was saving money for us to have a down payment on a house but that isn't the case. Issue no. 2, he lies to his parents all of the time, he wants them to think that he is perfect, I am constantly begging him to move out of his house (because he says he's unhappy living there) but he's afraid of hurting his mom, so he has been procrastinating with this for the past 2 months. But he is in a rush to get married, I want to wait 2 or 3 years so we can both grow up a little before getting married. But I don't think he'll wait, he'll grow impatient and find someone else. I love him and he loves me but it feels that he loves his mom more. BTW he is 26 and I am 24

Do you ever feel like you just keep doing your best and doing your best and it's still not enough? I am so tired of this. Her dad is a great guy but he is out of state so he only visits every so often and we are unable to be together we just don't see eye to eye. My parents are dead my sisters both have mental issues and or drug problems depending on the day of the week. His family is just crap alcoholics or nutcases. I seem to have no support and I am tired does anyone feel like this? Unfortunately all of my friends have normal lives or I would ask them so now I am reduced to whining to a q/a forum Jesus how did my life turn out this way? lol am not that miserable.

Married almost 6 yrs and one child who is almost 5, he wants to leave me and take our son back home which is in another state. We are still at his last duty station and I work here. He hasnt work since he got out of the army but he collects unemployment. I thought it sounded like a joke untill he hit me with some legal facts. He said he has every right to take our son wherever he wants since we are not divorced and have no custody arrangements. He said he hates sharing the vehicle with me and that he wants to wait untill I find a place I can afford on my own and untill I find a cheap little bucket car to get around in. He knows my child starts school this month but he still wants to leave. Anything legal I can do?

I love my parents, but my mom isnt the sentimental type at all. She doesnt seem excited at all for my wedding in 2 months. She did give me some money for it, and I glad of that...but she hasn't once offered to help out in any other way. My friend is getting married two weeks before me also, which does kinda aggervates me because she cant plan my bridal shower and bachelorette party since she's planning her own wedding.

Anyway, I see her mom all excited and helping her plan and getting involved, my mom just seems she doesnt care. At my dress fitting she acted more annoyed she had to come than excited to come and be a part of it. I dont think she wanted to come in the first place. My mom said she just isnt a sentimental type and doesnt get emotional easily, and she does like my fiance. I just dont understand it. I have to plan my own shower and everything, because my MOH decided to have her wedding 2 wks before me. I'm just really upset. I feel like I'm loing out on the joys of it all.
