Now that I have your attention here is my problem:

I was arguing with my sister today and I got so freaking mad that I started cursing at her and then at my mom.
Yet my mom did'nt even do anything and now she is pissed off at me. So I wanted to know if anyine could give me any ideas on how to make amends with my mom. I said I was sorry but I want to do more. Thanks for your help

P.S. - In case you were wondering I don't give a rat's you know what about my sister right now so plz try to guide the answer towards just my mom thanks.

How many times a day do you tell your significant other just how much you love them? How often do you truly show it? Just a question to make some people think.. I know I myself don't do it nearly enough..

I know that I don't dress risque by wearing midriff tops, daisy dukes, or mini skirts. He doesn't like that most of my jeans are figure hugging (tight), or that I like tight shirts. If I wear any sheer shirts, I wear camisoles underneath them. I also wear plain t-shirts from Old-Navy and loose-fitting jeans sometimes. He just doesn't like the attention I get in those figure-hugging jeans and shirts.

But the twist on this is that he doesn't object to ALL my tight clothes, he has even picked out a couple outfits that are worse than what we fight about, just because he likes how they look on me. So when I recently bought something similar to what he said was cute, we fought about me wearing it or putting something on over it, eventhough it's summer. I have compromised some with him, and we still argue. I have purchased more clothing he would approve of but I don't feel I should lose who I am completely just to appease him. What would you do/say?

Ok so here it is - I am 19 years old and I go to a college that is like a 45 minute drive from my house. My dad usually drived me every day but (as one could imagine) it's kind of embarrassing to have your dad drive you to school when you are almost 20. Plus I hate bothering him to top it all off.

My only two options are to either:
drive - but I am basically poor
live on campus - again I am basically poor

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I ight be able to resolve my problem?

P.S. - This is a serious problem for me and not just some stupid question so serious answer only please. TY

If a guy had a broken engagement (exfiancee broke it off cause she only felt like he was a platonic brother figure to her)
Is it in poor taste for him to keep the engagment ring to give to a future new fiancee ?

My friend just finished freshman year in college. He goofed off a lot in the beginning but in the end pull through with decent grades.

In September a girl he knew was passed out drunk. He is a child a heart (some claim) so he pranked her by giving a major wedgie and sticking a chocolate bar down her underwear.

She eventually found out it was him. Naturally, he denied it. But over winter break, he thought about it and felt extremely guilty about it. He then confessed to her, saying how bad he really felt.

She forgave him, though a little upset he lied about it at first, and said she wouldn't report him.

Then a few months later I think they decided it was best if they didn't talk to each other (wasn't responding to AIM convos, etc.)

At heart he's a good guy, going out of his way to help others.

The girl is fine. She got very good grades, and still parties with her friends :)

He thinks she'll still report him. I think not, seeing she still enjoys life and all. What about you all?

ok so im not trying to sound like a poser but im using the word emo so u kno were im comin from. so me and my friend r emo and we were like that for a while and stuff and we liked it and now she tells me she doesnt want to be emo anymore and now shes turning skater ( not turning skater as in " now i wanna be skater!" but more like " well i dont find myself to emo anymore and i guess im not") but me on the other hand is goin deeper into the whole emo thing and even a lil goth and shes ganna be so ****** pissed at me cause she doesnt like that stuff and only yells at me if i look too"gothic". if she sees me again she'll probably have a heart attack and im scared. shes my best friend for 7 yrs now and i just dont want her to be mad at me for being myself. she just doesnt get how ppl change but she truely is a nice friend. she just cares about me alot. i cant even talk to her about shopping at hot topic without her getting all up my ***! wth am i supposed to do?

my cousin is getting married, but you see he is the groom. and his fiancee chose me to be one of her bridesmaids. she is offering to buy me my dress too, but I was just wondering if the brides usually do that, or if I should buy it, since i'm on the grooms side of the family?? what do you guys think is more appropriate?

My sister always tells lies to the other members of my family like i hit my kid or that I would kill her kid if she did'nt sleep over. Stupid stuff like that & everyone believes her. She does'nt work & just sits around the house all day thinking of things to hurt me & other lies to tell. What should I do? My wife and I were friends with a coworker. She was always pursuing this guy (broke up, back together, broke up, back together). Now after she married him; then right after the wedding she breaks off all contact with everyone, leaving me and my wife devastated. Then he shows his true colors (cheating, not working internet porn, bring women in the house with her mentally handicapped son at home). Now all of a sudden she starts writing all her friend again.

I think I went through enough pain and it is time to move on; and after four years I have gone through a lot (death of one friend, parent, another with cancer in terminal stages).

My question is should I write back; what should I say? Or is it time to move on?

For most of my growing up years mom would get controlling boyfriend after controlling boyfriend and conform to what they wanted and totally loose her idenity and put my brother and I on the back burner. This was hurtful, and unfortunately she found one and married him and is doing the same and has no idenity even to the point of missing my wedding because he didn't want her to go. She wonders why our relationship seems strained. I feel like my mom died years ago because even when I spend time with her its not really her. Should I tell her how I feel when she asks why we don't seem close?

I am 16 and my mom left me, my sister, and stepdad a year ago. It really effected me. Especially since my stepdad blamed it on me at first. When she left i had to do all the cleaning, cooking, and continue to go to school and keep up my grades.

I got really sad and depressed from always being stressed.
I felt like I had no one to talk to. My stepdad didnt wanna lisren and my sister could have cared less about my feelings.

She is younger than me but she always makes me feel bad, calls me fat, and rubs it in that guys think shes hot but not me.

it makes me feel even worse.
i dont know what to do.

i feel bad constantly.

I keep on having dreams about my ex boyfriend. We finish in bad terms and didn't get the chance to leave them in good terms. Could it be since we didn't leave in good terms I have been thinking about him and having dreams about him. We talk and everything in the dream but in real life we can't stand seeing each other.

I am stressed and i think tickle torture will make me feel better.

I work with my maid of honor. She wanted to invite people from work, and I'm not planning on inviting everyone. I just thought it would be rude to invite them when they're not coming to the wedding. But she doesn't see anything wrong with it. Am I right or wrong? It's not like I don't like these people or anything, I just have to keep our guest list down so we're inviting the people we're closest to to save on expenses.

can you suggest some useful stuff to do on the net other than just sitting and chatting and spending time on myspace and yahoo answers :) ,after getting back from work I have a lot of free time at my hands and my laptop is my main source of entertainment so any suggestions and good websites to learn something new or make constructive use of the net.

Some of you might suggest to go out and enjoy but going out after a long day at work is really tiring ,i am hardly home on weekends so i do my social activising at that that time
