Go for it.
Just because you're attracted to someone doesn't mean it has to lead to something serious.

The only problem you're going to have with this is "references". Her frame of reference is going to be different than yours. Her music likes and dislikes, her manners, etc. because she comes from a different era than you. In some respects it can work in the sense that couples who are the same age the man usually dies first. By you being so much younger, you'll last a lot longer.
But of course, you probably haven't told her. Tell her your feelings and be emotionally ready for her reply. 21 years is quite a gap.
Good luck and I hope her feelings for you are mutual....btw, you might want to view a movie called CRUSH...it's about a woman in her 40s and a man in his 20s.

Well, if you like her go for it, but be careful. Older women tend to date not just to get some but to have some sort of connection with that special someone. Are you so attracted to her that you know it might lead to something. Also, be very honest with her. Tell, her you are are attracted to her and make no promises.
On the other hand, she is much older that you she can be your mom. Do you think that you will have anything in common with her? Hopefully, she is very open-minded. Good luck :)

1. Find out if she's single.
2. Find out if she's interested in younger guys, i.e. you.
3. Ask yourself if you want to have kids (she's probably too old to have any at 44).
4. If you answer the above questions and you're sure of what you want - GO FOR IT!

I personally am not into that sort of thing, but if you like her enough, then don't worry about the age difference. Everyone desserves a chance at love, and this woman could be very important in your life...
Age is only a number.

Well you have to think of the fact that they will age much faster than you and you would not have as long as life to spend with them. But if you truly feel that deeply about her and she feels the same then it should be fine. I say why not. Its worth a try =) It's all worth it in the end.

Who cares, I am much older than my husband of 13 years and we are going strong. The only thing that bothers me (and maybe for you later) is when we are really older, he will not be attracted to me any longer. BUT I will leave him (die) with some money so he can continue to raise our kids appropriately. Hope you find every happiness with your "older lady".

If she's single, ask her out. Worst thing that would happen is that she'd simply say she's too old for you. Even then, she'd be flattered
Women in her age range tend to have high libidos, and you never know, she may desire a young guy like yourself.

I can't believe you have to ask such a question - my friend, treat her as you would any other woman you are attracted to, and do not give age a second thought....
Is she attracted to you? Find that out, and take it from there....
Love is ageless - remember that.
Good luck!

if both of y'all like each other, then why not?
why not take a chance and ask her out. the worst that could happen is that she says no. age shouldn't make a difference.
however, try and find out how she feels about the issue before asking her.
