okay i'm 13 and okay earlier today i was kinda smarting off to my mom like being bad(oops!) and she was like nope i'm not doing your hair for school tomorrow(she always does our 1st day hair that's it) and i was like really sad cuz i hugged her and she was like nope still not doing it. how should i make it up to her like what should i say to her that'd make her forgive me and do my hair??

you must have really ticked her off. just give her time to relax tonite. she'll probably do your hair in the am anyway.

Your mom is just establishing boundaries, like a good parent should. She should not put up with any smart-mouth junk.
Bear in mind who is in charge.
Apologize to her. She will come around in a while.
