I have been dating my boyfriend for nearly 5 months now. We spend lots of time together... but we've never had sex, there has been a few things that we've tried, but we decided that was way too far, and want to wait unitl marriage. I think my parents "suspect" we're having sex. Is there anything I can do to hence that we're not? Other than talking about it (although I'm aware that might be the only option). When I come home from being away for a long period of time, there's usually an awkward dreary silence. Is there anything I can do to gain back their trust?
-Thanks

I'm disabled and my husband was out of work for almost a year and some months. He was offered two jobs and the first, well, we wouldn't be able to live off that! $7.00 an hr.!? Then he was offered another job later for much higher pay which we COULD live off of. The bad thing is the shift is from 11pm to 7am. I told him to just be happy he has a job at all. Maybe later he'll be able to move to another shift. But tonight, he acted like he was going to his own funeral. What else can I say to make him understand that if he didn't have that job, we would be homeless right now!

I've asked this before and it's pretty much rhetorical, but it helps me exorcise my extreme exasperation:

Is it possible for a woman to EVER get over being cheated on? I've admitted it, I've apologized until I'm blue in the face, and yes, I know it's been more than one time, but I can't go back and change the past, can I?

Whenever we fight, why is this always the first accusation thrown in my face? It's like those times I've cheated in the 9 years we've been together totally makes anything I ever do that she doesn't agree with my fault, whether there's merit to her feelings or not.

Right now, she's mad at me for some trivial thing, but does she yell at me for that? No, I get yelled at by her for cheating. I'll admit, her life would be better if she'd never met me, but what's done is done, so why can't she move on and let us concentrate on the future?

I don't really expect any sympathy here, but it would be nice. Does anyone agree with me on this?

Is this just a "guy thing" or is it just my husband..... My husband does not understand that it's nice to give a compliment once in awhile.... like "you look beautiful" or some sexy comments during love making. He thinks that since he has said it at least once in the past, he should not have to say it again, and if he does, it means I don't believe him. I do NOT look for constant compliments nor do I "need" them. I just don't understand the way he feels. Serious replies please -- immature stupid comments, don't bother.

My boyfriend and I are 23 and have just bought our first home. Ever since we moved in three months ago we have only had 2 nights to ourselves! His best friend which is now also one of my best friends will just turn up without asking and stay for days on end. He lives with his parents and has no life besides work and turns up every afternoon without fail. I know he enjoys our company but it is really starting to affect our relationship because we just don't get any time together! I go to bed and my partner has to sit up and talk so we never get to be intimate with each other at night! My partner is a very kind person and does not like confrontation and also does not want to hurt his feelings but what about my feelings!!!!???? How can I tell him to only come over occassionally without sounding like a *****! Or how can my boyfriend say it without losing his mate?

My girlfriend does not want me to talk to any other girls, at all. Including girls that i was friends with before we got together (girls that told me i should be with her). i have no interest in anyone else, and i would never cheat on her. she has no reason to be so jealous. i just want to keep my friends. she would freak out and throw a fit if i ever talked to another girl. Do you think it's okay for someone to be this jealous?

I want to get back with my ex. I feel so miserable without him and really alone and insecure. He lives in Texas, I live in California, both of us are high school sophomores. I really miss him and care about him. I can't imagine losing him. I've been really depressed since and can't stop crying or thinking of him... He's always been there for me and I want to be with him so bad.

my friends say i'm a bad girlfriend, but my boyfriend always tells me how good of one i am. they say this because i worry about my boyfriend when i dont see him or talk to him for a day, but i thought thats a good thing, it shows i care about him. i'm 14 and all my girl friends say that, that is a bad sign in a relationship. are they right? am i wrong to worry about him?

I'm Asian (South Eastern) and the only guys (2) whom I've had relationships with are both Caucasian. I am attracted to them, but I do have crushed on Asian male actors. Anyway, lately I started to look at this as weird. I heard they call Asian girls who date Whites as sell-outs, and the Whites as having Asian fetish. Now I'm all paranoid and thinking that whenever I go out with my man, people have negative thoughts about us.

In all honesty, I like the person for who he is, he's sweet and thoughtful and really cares for me, and I'm not some "whitewashed" asian as I stick to my roots and proud of who I am and where I come from. My guy seems decent and has good intentions. He met my family.

Am I just being silly here?? Is it normal that I'm attracted to white guys and them to me as well? I've had some Asian guys hitting on me too, but I always somehow end up liking the white guy more.

I don't know, I just got really paranoid over this interracial dating thing.

Im 19 (almost 20) and have been with my boyfriend for 2 years. Despite the odds, we have not had sex. I am a virgin. My family is strangely obsessed with my virginity. They tell me I will never marry if I have sex b4 marriage that every1 will think Im a slut, etc. When my bro wants 2 get me in trouble he will say Im having sex w/ my bf. My parents told me the only way they'll trust me is if I go to a gynecologist and have her tell them Im a virgin to prove it. This is not a cultural or religious thing, they are just very weird. I dont think I should have 2 c a doc 2 prove Im a virgin. How should i handle this and will I ever sexually be normal?

Got an email from a guy friend asking to hang out some time alone, which we usually aren't (our mutual friends come together to watch DVDs a lot). He flirts lightly with all of his female friends, but I've been getting some 'likes me' vibes. Should I say yes? And would it be wrong to invite my other female pal along if I did?

Don't ask me of I like him, I have no idea. I choose my partners for instant attraction factor, and I didn't have that with him, but I have been thinking about him. I'm worried that I might be using him unwittingly, purely cos of the deprivation of having no one in my life for almost a year. So should I steer clear or be open to the possibilities?
