I work with a woman who is much older than me, i am 20 and she about 45, i really like her and sometimes i feel that she likes me too. She has been divorced for a really long time and she seems lonely. How do i go about persuing this, cause i feel like it would be a great time.

no doubt it would be great fun, but PLEASE dont act like you are doing her a favor cause you think shes 'lonely'. women that age are very smart and choosy. and part of the fun of being the older woman is that we know what we are doing, what buttons we are pushing to make men go stupid. do not act like you are some prize, when in fact, SHE is. act like you have some mystery, morals and manners and you just might get lucky.

She "seems lonely" or are you imagining that so that you can rationalize out why you want to have sex with her?
By the way - you almost come off as trying to be her hero - riding in to save her from a sexless life.
I have had relations with women about 20 years older than me - and one thing I can assure you of - they do not need to be rescued!

to me there is nothing wrong with being with someone older than u..age is just a number..i myself am with a 42 year old and i'm 26...but just for sex or as u call it a good time...u need to ask yourself if that is all u are wanting and if that is all she is wanting....sex is sex..it don't matter if the person is older or younger...i bet u are thinking just because she is older that she knows what she is doing..which she probably does...and your thinking she just might teach u a thing or two to having sex with an older woman....ok to me the older the better...

let me ask you frankly.you work with her right?at her age I presume she is superior to you or she is your superior since you work with her.I think you are just trying to misinterpret her being friendly to you,since you are 25 years younger than her.she might be treating you as a younger brod.dont be so fast ,just be friended with her and respect her shes your superior,dont take advantage of her being divorced and lonely.I*m sure you are a good person,be gentlemen.if you have a good intention on her ok go ahead although your age gap is not advisable for you but if all you wanted on her is sex please dont do it you will just hurt her.

if sex is all that you are looking for i'd suggest that you dont pursue it...im sure she's been pretty hurt with her failed marriage...as a decent guy, you wouldn't want her to get hurt again...if she's looking for sex herself and she likes you, she will give you hints....other than that...just be a good friend to her...
