To procreate as a species... plus, it is a LOT of *fun* (with the right person, of course).

We need sex in life in order to produce the next generation that will replace us when we die off from this planet earth. That's the basic reason why we even have reproduction organs in the first place, isnt it? (:

Of course, some people abuse the pleasure of having sex with another person and turn it into crime by raping others. It simply undermined what sex is for in the first place. (:
