Yes. If an 18 year old guy can go to jail for having sex with a 15 year old girl, he would go to jail for statutory rape.
That is the same as an 18 year old girl and a 15 year old boy. It doesn't matter if you're male or female. The law is the same for both of them.

Yes you can and if the girl crys rape then you would go to jail for rape yes and you stay there for a really long long time and have to become a registered sex offender and that follows you around forever...... and don't think she wont say you break up with her and it pisses her off she can say you raped her and bam your dead.....It screws with your whole life hun I don't recommend it.

I know there are some stipulations there. I am gathering it is consentual so I wouldn't go around advertising it but as far as I am concerned your both kids so there shouldn't be consequences for one and not the other. And i'm sure he's lovin it.

It totally depends on what state you live in. In South Carolina the age of consent is 14, so the answer would be "no". Age of consent varies state to state, so check it out.
