my mum has had cancer for about three years now and i think this is last week among the living. we have had numerous amounts of blow outs and we havn't talked for about 15 months would i be a horrible person if i just didn't visit her?

My fiancee and I are starting to plan our wedding, and we wanted to get some opinions before finalizing plans. Our wedding date is June 20th (which will be very hot in our part of the country) and we really want to have an outdoor wedding. To make this tolerable for ourselves and our guests, we really have to have the ceremony around 10:00 a.m. The problem is that my fiancee would really like to have a traditional night-time reception with dancing, etc...Would it be unacceptable to have a several-hour lull between our ceremony and the reception (we are planning that the guests will all have hotel rooms in which to spend this time; we would also socialize with them)??? BTW, we are having a ceremony that includes only our immediate family and friends, the reception will be the time for everyone we know to celebrate with us, so those people obviously wouldn't have to wait. Please give honest opinions, we don't want to offend any of our friends or family.

I only have one night in the city and am just looking to get to know this person on a more intimate level. Again not necessarily for sex!

It seems like a weird awkward situation of 'hey, would you like to come back to my hotel and grab a coffee and chat even though it is midnight?"

When you are staring at a female a lot, and then you continue to stare at her even after she has noticed.., what is going thru your mind, and what is the reason?

Also when you look girls up and down(check them out) do you do it on the sly... or make it known to her that your looking? I see this question posted a lot... but nobody ever asks the guys WHY they do it...

My husband works with this man that has a daughter that is a bar tender. Once she came over and laid in our booth, and told him, some one got a door put on their house, and she needed one. This last time we were in the bar he paid her, and when she came back she tried to put his money in his shirt pocket. My husband told me I was making a big deal out of it, and got mad at me because I told him about it. He got mad at me, left me at the bar.

Mine has caused me to lower some of my standards and after some time now, i don't like what I'm becoming. I swear too much, get angry too much, stopped going to church, and I complain alot more than I used to....I don't know how to change that right now...it is just bothering me. i thought i was tough and crazy and well and gf does things that make me go to my knees and thank god i have her.Its like i do things for her and i dont know how she can make me do it. My husband told me that he had an affair a couple of months ago and now the other girl is pregnant. is going home to her mother and making up lies about me. These cause tyraids from her mother with phone calls to my husband. He has never told her to apologize. I really am beginning to not like this kid at all. I always try to do nice things for her, I think I am about at the end of my rope though. I know if I say anything it will trickle down to all of his family, the other kids and of course her mother. What in the heck do I do. She is comming for a week and I will be alone with them while my husband is at work.

When I was 3, up until I was 10, I was molested & raped by my older cousin. My mom has literally never let it go. Every time I see her, she always mentions something about it. Ive moved on, and ive forgave my cousin, but its like she hasent let go. My mom has been an alcoholic as long as I can remember, we've tried so much to get her help, NEVER worked and it seems when she is drunk, she will call me at 3am, and call her "little baby." She still sees me as a 3 year old, and treats me like one. She keeps bringing up the past constantly always saying she wants her "little girl back" . [i got depressed when I moved to america and "changed"] lately she keeps beinging up my cousin more and more and more, asking why i didnt tell her. I told her cus I was scared.. And she says its no excuse. It makes me feel bad, I moved on, why cant she? She keeps bothering me, and coming to my house late at night just to "drop me off food" ive dealt with this all my life & ive rly had enough

Last feburary my gf lost her dad and it broke my heart i couldnt be there to hold her or dry her tears. But before she told me he passed i knew he was gone because the night he passed away he visited me in my dreams. He just sat there and asked me questions and for weeks he kept coming to me i was wondering why he kept coming to me and not to my gf?

Spent the night for the first time at a guy friend's house and he:
-didn't force himself on me, instead let me lead.
-had a clean house, played music, offered me something to wear.
-made breakfast in the morning, didn't rush it.
-kept asking if I was comfortable/okay the night before.
-was basically a complete gentleman, but it seemed almost rehearsed.

What do you guys think?

ok so my boyfriend is going away to college next week and we've been dating for 2 years and truly im in love with him. i one year younger than him so next year i will hopefully be going to the same school. my boyfriend really wants to go off and have fun for his first year which i totally understand and before him i had a few boyfriends but he never really had any girlfriends and he kind of wants to have an open relationship this year while hes away. like we would still be together but be able to kiss anyone else we want. only kiss. i really dont want to do it but he does and i just want him to be happy.. but i'm kind of a jealous person when it comes to stuff like that and i dont know how i feel about it. i cant imagine him being with any other girl and i just wanted to know im thinking about telling him i dont want that but do you think im being selfish by not letting him have more freedom since hes away at college??

Is this bad..no i'm not dating him right now but I have heard that he does have feelings for me and wants to hook up with me. I don't think it is wrong because its only a one year age gap.
