Spent the night for the first time at a guy friend's house and he:
-didn't force himself on me, instead let me lead.
-had a clean house, played music, offered me something to wear.
-made breakfast in the morning, didn't rush it.
-kept asking if I was comfortable/okay the night before.
-was basically a complete gentleman, but it seemed almost rehearsed.
What do you guys think?

This was the second time he'd asked me to spend the night (previous time was a couple of months ago).

Either he is really good at playing, or he is really a nice guy...you would have to be around him in all types of situations to see if he is sincerely a nice guy...maybe see how many relationships he has been in and see how they ended and if he is still friends with those people that he dated...smart girls ask me that and that can tell you a lot about a person and how they are in a relationship~

One night can't tell you if he's a nice guy or not, you have to compare it to all the other times you've seen him, and all the times in the future (if there are any) to be sure. Trust your gut feeling. If you think he's a nice guy, chances are, you're right.
Although, you are right, the entire night was probably rehearsed, but if he's a nice guy, that's because he's really nervous, and didn't want to screw anything up. If he's a player, he's done this before. And will do it again because it works.

I think that this guy could be genuinely nice. It does seem a little "too good to be true" if you ask me but from what you have described I think he was being a good host and nice guy. He could just be trying to get close to you then make his move but from the looks of things I think he is actually being nice, instead of being a player.

YEP,he had been down that road many other times. If you feel vioilated, then you probably were. Go meet someone else, this guy will break your heart. If he is for real, he will come after you, but conquests is what he wants right now. HE IS A PLAYER.

It depends. How long have you been dating him? If you like just met him, he's done this before and it probably makes women feel great and give into being with him. If you've been dating a good while, he probably cares about you.

I do that. I'm not a player but my momma brought me up to be a gentleman :) Did he call you again? If he did, he's clean.

Paranoid, aren't we?
The guy is basically acting like a gentleman, and you think he is just too smooth.
Sometimes, I guess we guys can't win...
