So this guy and I kinda have a crush on each other, see he told me I had a sexy body and cute butt...well i tell my friend..and now she is not trusting this guy very much telling me to watch out and stuff...I'm glad she is caring enough to warn me...but I am the only that think she maybe over reacting a little?

She don't like him!!! she only met a few times and she has a boyfriend..so she can't be jealous..and yeah..she is a really good friend =)

Sounds like she detects in the words that he's used while talking to you that he's out for ONE thing.
Yeah, he hasn't said a darned thing about your personality or enjoying being around YOU. It's not YOU as a person that he's noticed, right?
Well, your friend loves you and doesn't want you to be hurt in any way so she shares with you her concern.. call it an intuition or a bad feeling. Seeing how she IS your friend, it's her job to share this stuff with you and seeing how you don't have ANY reason to NOT trust her.. heed her words.
She's probably right about this guy and the situation.

She might be over reacting. There might be a possibility that she likes him to and just doesn't want you to be with him. That happened to me once. But she could also know something about him that might change things and she might not want to tell you because she doesn't want to hurt you. Depending on how good of a friend this person is to you go with you instincts.

Ask her to explain why she's saying it. She may be looking out for you - sometimes outside a situation you can see things you can't when you're involved. Or she's jealous. If she's a friend, she's probably looking out for you.

Maybe she's just concerned because he's not even dating you and he's concentrating on physicality. Be careful with guys like that.
