Non-existent.
We hang out with people who have similar interest as we do. the people are married, single, living-together, single moms/dads. I can tell you they are all drug free and love dogs.

it's not that they avoid
it's that when you do a life change
you suddenly find new interests
and single people are not one of them
the same thing happens between married with children and married with no children
they tend to social with those with same likewise situations
so until you marry you'll always be a outsider / 5th wheel to the married sets...and the same until you have children
it's called life and growing up

It's not something I've experienced. Once a couple is married and has a family, they tend to hang with others who have similar interests.
My best friend is single, (widow), my husband's best friend is single (bachelor) and we all get along just fine. I don't know why anyone would limit their friendships to one or the other.

Singles or married people can be dangerous to each other how?Singles tempt married people for the forbidden fruit of single life bachelor bachelorette life while married people tempt singles for happily ever after married life.more often singles tempt married people into thinking they are not happy they dont need to be married they need to be single so its dangerous thats why married people hang out with married people and singles with singles

singles of the opposite sex or of the same sex? there's quite a huge difference there in my opinion. I have no issue with hanging out with single women, out of respect for my husband I would never hang out with a single man. It's my way of being sure I am never tempted. And he does the same out of respect for me.
