Me and my husband have been having problems and I called my sister-in-law to try to help me and give me some advice about how to handle things......I called my dad too.....My dad and my sister-in-law also talked for a while trying to understand what my husbands problem is and to see if they could help. My mom does nothing but tell me its all my fault and I shouldnt have married him.....which doesnt help much.....so anyway my sister-in-law asked if she could call my dad because she had an idea of what my dad could do or say to my husband to make him understand that there are certain things he should not do (like ripping the door off the hinges) so I said yeah and gave her is number.......they talked for awhile and came up with a plan and they hung up and my dad went inside to tell my mom what they talked about and she asked my dad "WELL DID YOU HAVE A NICE PHONE DATE?!?!" My dad did not know what to say he was so upset...when he told me the only thing I could think of was "SHE IS NUTS"!

My ex & I broke up 3 months ago. It was a bad break up, he was a jerk and a hurt me by cheating and being verbally abusive. I really loved him, but knew it was best we part ways. I think about him often and miss him dearly. He has called and I've ignored his calls cause the conversations wouldn't be helpful. I did respond to one of his messages by sending him a text once. However, I sent him an email yesterday letting him know that I don't have any ill feelings towards him but that letting go was the best thing for me to do. I told him I hope that his life experiences enlighten him, and for him not to think I was making an attempt to get back his life by sending the email but just wanted to let him know how I felt.

He didn't respond, I wasn't looking for 1. But was it ok to do send him that? If so how do you think he took it? I was in conflict about doing it for a while but it just seemed right to me.

I really want to be with her and go,but i've lived here my whole life and my family is down here. On the other hand she is the love of my life and i've raised her daughter since she was a baby! I can't not be with her either! But my family is giving me hell over not staying where i am. They really are just being selfish,I mean i'm 27 years old! Oh well,do I go with her, despite the "control" my family has holding me back?

I developed feelings for a close female friend but I was afraid to tell her how I felt about her because I didn't think she liked me back. I thought she only saw me as a friend and nothing more. She did seem to flirt with me every once and a while. When I was feeling this, an old boyfriend came back into her life and now they are together, so I can't ask her out at all now. Maybe the fact that she now has a boyfriend is a good indicator that she had no interest in me at all. Should I have just told her how I felt anyway?

My brother and I had a great relationship up until he lied about his health. He claimed he had a mental problem. I know for a fact he had every test doen under the sun, and all the tests came normal. He used my mom (deceased) emotions and money. Lived with my dad for 9 mos. never dropping a small amount of money. He lied to his friends and family. Everyone he fooled them his wife,kids and my dad. He borrowed money from my dad to pay bills in stead he took $700.00 and went to Washington state to visit an old friend. It p*** me off that he would do that to family. I told him that he is NOT going to take advantage of my husband and me. My dad is mad at me because of it. He lied about everything he has done in the past 17 years!

he's in asia right now, but he read my messeges that i got from my bf bout sex...
he said that when he comes back he is gonna kill me...
and he means it, ive seen him hurt my mom before, shes almost been killed several times...
hes even been arrested because of this but he came back even worse...

My Mom and I were so close. We lived together and I cared for her through her last days. I am in emotional agony and can't seem to find my way back to normal. The part that scares me the most is that my faith has gotten all shaken up... I worry that there may not be a hereafter and that I won't see my Mom in Heaven when I die. I am praying for faith and I would love to hear from anyone who is grieving or at coming out the other side! I have never hurt so bad emotionally. It has been a month since Mama died. Is it normal not to have any energy? I'm so withdrawn and I feel sick. Any response would be wonderful!

I am living with my parents along with my 15 year old daughter. I have the feeling that no one is on my side.

My parents are constantly finding fault with me and the way that I take care of my daughter and clean the house.

On top of that, my mother is now ill with maybe shingles, IBS and anemia. She is cranky and constantly is rude to and gets upset with me in front of my child. If I say anything, my dad gets upset with or makes a face at me.

If I tell my daughter anything, my mom tries to exchange a look with my daughter saying that I am "wrong."

I don't know how to deal with it except ignore her and constantly tell myself to not let her behavior get to me. My mother is stubborn and cranky and I can not change her.

I can only control the thoughts in my head. But, I don't know how to deal with the fact that she turns my child and Dad against me and I already feel that?

I have been dating my boyfriend for 10 months now. I had recently moved in with him and everything is OK, but I have noticed that every time that I go visit my sister and nieces, he gets upset. When I back home he had an attitude or just don't talk to me. I talked to him about it and he said that he feels that I he is not my priority. I told him that is wrong to think that way and that he was important in my life but my family has a place He does not have friends to hang out with (male or female) He is not close to his brother and call his mother once a week since I am being dating him. I'm 37, divorced, I have three boys 18, 14 and 2, I've had my professional career for 10 years now, I'm constantly told I'm stunning but............. My problem is that I can seem to find a good man out there, I've been hurt before so I have to admit my standars are higher now but not something borderline either. So, I do have lots of friends, I do attend different activities, I go out dancing sometimes, but it's like there's nothing good out there, they either look at me with big eyes when I say "I have 3 kids", or they're married men looking for some fun, or they're unemployed looking for a sugar mama, or they're Gigolos that have a girfriend in every city! hi , my hubby's younger brother just got married Lat Nov.
This SIL in the intial days was very friendly . but with time she is showing different colours.
She barely speaks to my hubby ..we are in joint family .
And, she has a very weird expression on her face. She will talk to me as if we are friends a day or two and then , she will become absolutely cold for days. she will pass "thru" me like behave as if im not even present.
IF im wearing new clothes she will as me " where did you buy them from"? which shop? and this continues almost everyday.
etc etc .

Now how do i behave with her ...she is very irrittating and i really cannot see myself puuting with such weird attitude forever!
