I am from the Northeast, and have lived in TX for the past 5 years. I have shared an apartment with my boyfriend for the past 3 years. I just received a decent job offer back home which would also pay me to get a Master's degree. I do not like my current job and wish to leave the field, as the field is small and the hours are mainly shiftwork. I do miss my friends and family back home dearly, but dont know what to do. My boyfriend wont marry me for at least 2 more years until he's finished with his degree but things are going ok and i believe he will right after college. We are both 27 years old. My boyfriend will not leave TX anytime in the near future.

Should I stay in TX and try to find a better job and wait for him (I do love him very much), or should i accept the job offer and go home to my family and friends?

posted this question like an hour ago in case you already answered it but need some more advice

im 15 and in the uk, so here's my problem

well my girlfriend was at a party and this guy was into her she told him she had a bf (me) the he tried to kiss her and she pushed him away(sum of my m8s were at the party so i know she did) and now he tried adding her on bebo and msn

he goes to my school and im captain of the school rugby team and my m8s from the team said that i should kick his *** because he's cheeky to alot of the girls and they dont really like him anyway but im not the kind of guy who fights so they insisted they kick his *** for me to show him a lesson

should i confront him or get the rugby team to kick the sh*t out of him

and to be honest i've never really liked the guy and he is cheeky to me alot but i just leave him alone but i think he crossed the line because he knew i was going out with her

me n my gf jus broke up again...for like the 5th time....ive broken up wit her once n all other times were on her. everytime she gets frustrated with something or something is difficult she quits...whether its school or our relationship. ive always been there for her thru thick n thin. ive never cheated on her n i dont believe she has on me either. but my issue is shes so quick to quit everything n she strips off everythings. shes so emotionally unstable. i love this girl with all of my heart and ive made it no secret to her family n our friends n others that i wanna marry her nhave children with her. dont get me wrong. ive made my fair share of mistakes in this relationship of two years but theres been once i decided to call it quits n i did it because she wanted to n made it clear verbally. so i respected her wishes. but she broke up with me again. our relationship is filled with love but i keep feeling disrespected and unloved and unwanted thru certain words and actions.

Can you beleive this?, tonight my mum, told me, i used to sleep in the cupboard at the top of the stairs, becuase it was the only place "I" could sleep. Apparently i kept the whole house awake unless i was in the confines of this cupboard. I've never had chlostrophobic tendancies, but now this room feels very small. I often recall a cousin telling me whenever we visited her house that i was to sleep in the coal bunker. I think i have some claim to to trauma from these childhood experiencies, am i being over dramatic, or should i seek advice from my lawyer?

Do you have any such 'humourous' tales from your youth?

She belonged to me, then some racist white man with whom she works stole her from me for no reason. I think this should be at least considered a hate crime. I saw him today stroking her blonde beautiful hair at the place I used to take her, just rubbing it in like the racist he is.

My sister got married on Saturday and the day was lovely. But it was like she was performing a show just going through the motions. Walk down the aisle, stand in the receiving line, cut the cake, dance the first dance, dance with her father, throw the bouquet, leave. She barely even got to speak to anyone because she was constantly ushered to the next thing to do. Even I as the maid of honor didn't get to spend too much time relaxing becuase I was busy running around with her.

I am getting married in 3 months and want to make sure that we truly enjoy the moment. I don't want all of that structure. Any tips? Did you feel like this on your wedding day?

Who do you do best with as your best friends? Did you at one point have to give some of them up, because they did not understand what you are feeling, and could not relate to your situation or pain ? Is it too much to ask of people without disabilities, to be your friend, when they are not disabled themselves. I am talking about not being to walk very well, nor fast? How long before the wedding date should we ask a pastor to marry us? We live in a small town and I insist on it being a pastor/preacher/etc as opposed to a legal someone (hope that makes sense).
We do not belong to a church, but have 2 potential men we may ask. The wedding isin't until 6/21/08 and I wasn't sure how long is customary notice.

A complete stranger tried to tongue kiss me off 1st sight. & my friend told me that many times, a guy would approach her & talk to her like she doesn't know any better, like she doesn't have a brain & THEN ask her out on a date. Aren't those big turn-offs?
