I am not in the wedding, however my boyfriend is the best man. Is it okay to wear a strapless little black dress (kind of like this one... http://www.arrivez.ca/images/Sedona.jpg ), black and white shoes...( kind of like these.. except black and white and no huge tie.. http://www.payless.com/Catalog/productdetail.aspx?ItemCode=56232&ProductColor=Blue&Width=Regular&TLC=Womens&SLC=WomensSandals&BLC=WomensSandalsTrendy), and then my diamond necklace from my boyfriend, and black and white earrings..?? i didnt know if it was too much?

That dress is fine for the wedding. The only thing is don't wear the black/white earings, because it will probaly not go with the diamond necklace so as a replacement I suggest small diamond earings. and for the shoes...don't wear a wedge heal that will look casual. A simple black high heal will do. For example, http://www.aldoshoes.com/eng/storeSection/redirect.cfm?sectionID=b2c/style/productDetails.cfm&itemID=63731070&&var=d&ckey=US

I think your selection of the dress is really pretty but I recommend closed shoes of the color you mentioned. The jewerly I think would go well with the clothes. Remember to a wedding you should NEVER wear a white dress or jeans. Have fun at the wedding!

Hi! How about wearing that dress, the necklace, with the black shoes, a wrap over the shoulders in white & diamond or even fake diamond earings. (who would know!)

first take a deep breath. relax you seemed stressed.

1) dress is beautiful as long as you are not large chested it will look classy

2) shoes cutie

3) you wanna wear black and white earring s you go for it.

4) you are not over dressed it is a wedding and your man is gonna be in a tux.

i left my man behind because he was gonna make me late to a wedding because he wanted to wear jeans and i wouldnt let him. taken i am 10x's more mature then him it was a wedding and you should dress nice.

what you are wearing is great. not overly done like a prom dress. lol. have fun

Black is always classy to wear to a wedding, but break it up with the black and white shoes and a white bag. Also jewelry can be diamonds and also you can wear a white flower in your hair.

The dress is great! I just went to a wedding and there were a handful of girls wearing similar dresses who were not in the wedding. I would go for a more formal heal. Not a flip-flop type.
Have fun

It will look very nice! I like the shoes. Not sure about the black and white earrings...maybe small diamond studs instead?

If it is an evening wedding I would say yes, but if it is a day wedding you may want to check on how formal it will be. Some day weddings are less formal so something like a sun dress or lighter colored cocktail dress might be better. BUT if you have your heart set on this dress go for it! The dress is adorable.

don't wear black and white earrings, it will look juvenile. wear something simple to complement the necklace, like diamond or cz studs or simple danglies. I agree with Bridget, the shoes are too casual. go with a strappy sandal.
