My live in boyfriend recently took our child to visit his ex wife (of 4 years). He asked me to join but I declined. By declining the invitation I thought that he would realise how he is hurting me by taking our child to see her. But he went ahead with the visit without me! Also, a few weeks ago, his mother went to visit his ex wife. I was so furious because they do not have any children together yet his family keeps in contatc with his ex wife. What should I do? Should I dump him? Cary on with my silent treatment? Adopt another child? Please suggest something...I am so depressed and putting on weight.

I makes me sick that she is even with this guy. He keeps her away from all her friends. He just go out of jail being there for 6 months for drug dealing. He's basically a psyco path and thats putting it nicely. I havent even met him but the things he says when I talk with her on the phone make me cringe. One day I went on aim and saw her on and got all excited and imed her and it was him, playing around and just started threatening me. I serioulsy hate this guy. At first I was excited to throw her a baby shower but now I want nothing to do with them. I feel bad but I can;'t welcome this lunatic into my life. What shoudl I do? She's preganant and wants to be with him, should I just stop being friends with her? It makes me sad bc I'm getting married in a year and I dont' even want to invite her to the wedding because of him.

An ex pro sportman who is a few years older to me but had to stop playing sports because he had an accident and lost his athletic shape (but is not disabled)
He is kind of living in his glory days like wishing he could go back, very sweet but gets mad when ever his recent looks are being reminded.
A smoker and a drinker (not heavily though)
He was a heavy flirt before the accident (like most sportsmen), now he doesn't go out that much like he used to.

I mean he has so many bad qualities but I still have some feelings towards him? He's a good friend of mine. And he said that he has feelings towards me

We have had problems for about a year now and seem to be always having arguements.I had an affair which lasted 10 months as he just was ignoring me and my needs(no excuse I know) .I told him so he could walk away from our marrige as the innocent party.It appears that he had also being playing away but with a couple (threesomes) which he confessed to. We decided to try to work things out and put all our cards on the table .I asked him about 2 things that happened 15 years ago...a set of underwear that he bought one christmas in a size 12 (I was a size 20 at the time) which was hidden in his car. He said it was for me but had bought the wrong size and thought it would stretch!! and also a missing condom from a pack of 3 ..this he said belonged to a friend.I did not believe either of these stories. I have spent months trying to sort this out and he has denied everything...last night he admitted it was a druken thing at the end of a couse.

that i can't babysit......
there is this women in my church that i have babysat for since her daughter was born.....because she was going back to college.....but this year she has an intership for a year....and i'm planning on moving out of state.....

now the problem is that the ppl in my church including her and my parents don't think its such a good idea.....so i'm kinda afraid to tell her....cause i don't want to get all the questions and junk...so do i come up with something else...like i can't babysit cause of my health which is another reason....or do i just stick with the truth.....

We went shopping last night and I picked out a couple of baby-doll tops. I made the mistake of not trying them on in the store - I didn't realize how deep the 'V' went in front but Hubby was estatic when he saw me wearing them! He said that I'm a hot babe and need to start dressing more like one! I'm sitting here at work with cleavage showing - it's just not me! Any suggestions for a compromise?

I have brought my feeling up to my husband several times and he tells me Im overreacting that they r just friends and he LOVES ME. He goes outside and does LOUD things to get her attention, then they spend hrs talking. Sometimes I join in others I dont. Last week I found out that they exchanged Nextel #s and he called her, then Friday night he had his best friend over and she came out, the 4 of us sat around talking and after awhile I went to bed. After 10 mins I heard him tell his friend to go to the garage for a few and he would call him in awhile. We have been going out for almost a month now and he tells me how much he likes me and wants to be more than friends, but i think he is still seeing other women. We spend hours together and we have a great time. We talk everyday and he constantly tells me he misses me. If he's really interested would he still conversate with them or is he playing it safe by keeping them as "backups". I met this guy 5 yrs ago, we dated but I was working toward graduating college, taking care of a 4 year old and working. I felt that it was better that we didn't date seriously because I couldn't fully give him my attention. We were friends instead, still spending time together. He eventually found a girlfriend, I had no problem with this. We remained friends. Fast foward 3 yrs and he broke up with the girl and we began seeing each other. I had a surgery last August the Dr. said that I should have a baby if I had planned on having any kids. I talked it over with him and he readily agreed. I am now pregnant. He moved out of his house and into his supposed ex-girlfriends house leaving me pregnant and alone. The baby is due next week his girlfriend states that he won't be allowed to have anything to do with the baby. The girlfriend has called 2 harass me several times. I don't want drama, a child's birth should be peaceful. Should he be allowed in the delivery room?

I'm a good-looking, single guy, confident, funny and considerate to everyone I meet. Yet when I try get close to the women in my life that I feel are special it never gets past a physical relationship or friendship.

Almost without exception these women I try to get close to are survivors of abuse or escaped from troubled relationships (it just seems to work out that way) and time and again I try to be the white knight and prove to them all men are not bastards. Showing them affection and kindness, trying to lure them out of their shells and tempt them with a taste of a healthy relationship rather than bad memories.

But so far failure, they always push away and it makes me feel powerless in the end because no matter what I did to help I just couldn’t get passed the damage other men had already done.

Is it wrong for me to continue pursuing such relationships? Is it healthy for anyone in the long run? Is it worth getting my heart broken time and again?

Husband blames me for his cheating and pending divorce beacuse Aprx.10 yrs before we were married, I broke up with him,dated someone 3 months later slept with him 1 time I ending up back with him,told him, we have since had many arguments about this situation. He view this as cheating and says I broke our bond. I told him before we got married if he was not over the situation not to marry me. The other guy and I are members of the same church he does not come often I attend reguraly. and we have no communication.Before marriage my husband attended church with me and seemed ok with it. After we got married he did not want me to attend that church anymore. I told him that I would leave only if he attend another church with me he told me to stay so I stayed. I was open to leaving until he made threats which I told him I would not leave if he had to act that way. I had offered to leave later he said it was too late. I know I should have left but did I cause him to cheat.

I have been with my current boyfriend for six months and he is always comparing me to his ex who is stunning. He does this in a round about way telling me how she always wore lovely clothes and had a great figure. He then goes on to say that it is inside what counts. Another time he says how much attention she got when they went out together and how much he missed the sex with her when she left him.

I just dont think I can take much more of this. He is still in contact with her and she has just broken up with her boyfriend and so I feel worse than ever. He hardly compliments me and now he says how he has been telling her how great I am. It doesnt make me feel any better. I feel he is playing games with me. He also mentioned that she doesnt have strech marks even though she also has a child. I feel as if I am feeling worse and worse about myself even thought I have lost 2 stone in the last few months. How can I break free even though I still love him.
