My brother-in-law is engaged to a girl that I just can't stand. She is 25 but acts like she is 16. Very immature, and thinks she knows everything. Always has to butt into any conversation like she knows what she is talking about. I'm pretty close to my brother-in-law and he knows I don't like her. But he is marrying her to just settle. Nobody in the family likes her and if I mention anything to my husband he defends her. She almost broke up my wedding by saying stuff. I don't know whether to just accept her and move on or what to do. I really!!!! don't want them to get married. She can't keep a job, has had 7 in 3 years and one was her own business. She has never had to struggle for anything and takes for granted what she does have. She would be the type that after they are married that won't want to work. I think if the marriage doesn't last she will take him for everything. I've tried telling him all this but doesn't get me anywhere. Please help!

When we got married 3 years ago my husband decided to look for the wedding ring . He said _ you do not need to come with me I'm going to surprise you !
Before we got married he said _ Ok I got the rings but you have to pay me 1/2 and I gave to him 1/2 of the total amount he spend...
Before married I saw in my husband night stand his old wedding ring ( the one he wear with his ex). Not so long ago I was curious and I checked if his wedding ring was there, WAS NOT.
I was thiking ...- the wedding ring he is using right now was the one he was using with his ex only he reforms that one. I tell you why I know that I went to the store where he bought it, and I spoke with the seller and she told that in his record only see one ring ( mine) and she told me they can reform or change any ring...
I'm a little upset ...

When you loose a girl you really care about because you are too stubborn to give her what she needs in a relationship

(little things that you could've compromised on but you were too stubborn)...

Would you be jealous if you saw her with another man?
Would you be thinking about her, even though you don't call?
Would you be thinking of ways to make a COMBACK and be her dream guy again?

You know that you hurt her.
You know that you care.
Your pride won't let you show it.

How do you deal?

Under the custody agreement, I notified my wife that I was taking the kids on vacation starting today. I bought tickets for me, my girlfriend and her daughter and my two kids to go to London for a week. Our plane leaves in two hours. My wife just called to say that she is in Maine and won't make it back until tomorrow.

Is there anything that I can do about this? I need some suggestions.

I feel really frumpy today, and look really tired and ill - very pale. Supposed to be going on a date tonight, but not happy with what I'm wearing or that I don't have any fake tan on. Shall I call it off?

I have noticed that most of the members of rat clubs are single women. I only plan to keep two (rats not women) but some of the women rat keepers have lots running round the house. This vid shows what wonderfull pets they make.

Girl meets guy, they get married, they don't register for gifts and so everyone gives them cash for a gift. Six months later, they both have affairs and split. Ex-husband heads off into the wild blue yonder and leaves behind everything except his clothes and car. Girl keeps cash and never thinks of returning it. Nine months later girl announces her engagement and impending marriage to affair partner. Once again, girl does not register for gifts as she prefers cash. Once again, girl plans HUGE extravaganza wedding where foods looks like it is about fifty bucks a head. I am tempted to just go eat for free and not give a gift. Would this be a bad idea?

I've been to numerous online dating sites and have taken many of their site "personality" tests to determine what type of person I am and how good of a match I would be, etc, etc, etc. One constant trend I've found is that I would be a good partner in a relationship as it was determined I'm a very committed person in a relationship and desire a long term relationship. But here's the catch, the test results have proven over and over again, I don't trust people and find it hard to believe people would do nich things for me without a hidden agenda.

I've been on other non dating websites, and took other personality tests as well, and they pretty much say the same thing. I have problems trusting people but would be a good partner in a relationship because of my high standards for commitment.

Am I screwed ? Is there any Monday Night Doctors out there who can give me some advice how to get better at trusting people. (Websites, books, message boards, etc, etc)

Thanks in advance

I went out with my ex boyfriend for a couple of months but after we split we became very good friends. I moved away to live with my current partner and the night before I went he wanted to start again. I said that it wouldn't work out.
We still remained friends but now he can be so horrible to me, saying really nasty things about where I am living and the person I'm living with. Should I confront him and ask him why?

Without p*ssing them off? (She's been acting differently... distant. Also, used to be self-conscious about her breasts, suddenly got no hangups with revealing tops. Most suspicious was when she called one day saying she was at work but it wasn't her work number... There's other little things that could just be my imagination, but I've got this really nagging suspicion that won't go away ) So what's the best way to ask her, because she's not the type that likes being accused, guilty or not (who is)?

I'm not looking for a fast way to handle this. I know this stuff takes time. I get him to open up in spurts and it is always a great conversation when he does. I feel like he has a lot to say, but has a difficult time in breaking down to say it. I know he cares, but sometimes it's still hard. I just figured I'd ask.

I don't care that she has a boyfriend and she spends time with him..what's making me mad is how she is treating me. She acts like she is better and like it's inconvenient to hang out with me, she acts like it's a chore. And she lies a lot to my face..she acts all fake nice and i don't know how to deal with this. Do I have a right to be angry? I'm thinking I'll stop answering her calls for a while, you know, if she even tries to call. What would you do?

My wife spends more time talking to her mother than to me. She also only shares anything that is really important to her or bothering her with her mother. I only find out about those things if I overhear a conversation. I'm actually considered a good listener, at least by my friends at work, and I do try to make an effort to listen when she does happen to talk to me. Is this normal?
