Someone who can spell is always great. (Ms. Right)

But seriously...

Intelligence is really great...they don't have to be a super-genius, but someone who can hold a conversation.

Humor is also really good, because its one thing to just talk with someone, but it's another to be able to talk with them about serious things, and laugh with them about the ridiculous things as well.

Independence/Dependability, independent enough that they're not relying on mommy & daddy to pay for their expenseses and dependability because its' nice to be able to rely on them to follow through with what they say they're going to do (Not money wise, but IE. if they say they'll be there at your work to pick you up at 5:05, they're there at 5:05 not 5:30)

And last, but no where near the least important I think is honesty. If you can't be open and honest in your relationship, then things are going to be misunderstood and people are going to get angry and thats' how fights start. If you're unhappy about something, say it. It's better to communicate it early on rather than letting it build to some gigantic thing and have things blown all out of proportion.

This is what I look for in a man (don't worry if it doesn't match you though because everyone is different!)

Intelligence - I want someone who is smart, and well educated.
Humour - Someone I can have a good laugh with, and isn't too proud to take the mikey out of themselves.
Looks - Don't really mind as long as they aren't really muscely - these people tend to have issues with low self esteem which sometimes they don't recognise. THe guy should be happy with how he looks.
Loyal - I want someone who is faithful, and doesn't flirt with other girls.
Money - Being rich isn't important. I would like the guy to have a full-time job and to be doing something he enjoys.

I don't like boy-racer types at all. They make me sick, with their loud music, loud cars etc. Racing about the place thinking they look cool. If I'm on a date with a guy like that - it's a big no no, no matter what he's like.

Girls look for someone who is different from the rest of the guys who she has dated. Girls look for different things o who that girl is. Like for example i like a man who has a sense of humor. Who likes sports.Who likes rock. But some other girl might like a serious man. Might like a person who sits on the couch and does nothing all day. Might like country. Every girl is different and has their own way of expressing themselves.. they are each different.

well charm, humour, looks isnt important but nice that a man likes the way he looks, dress sence, good taste for food and clothes, can have a laugh and not get easily offended and someone who wont push them out for a night with the lads when missus plans something special
