How do i get my girlfriend to go thru with getting rid of it? She’s having second thoughts about keeping it after we had agreed along time ago that if this “accident” or something similarever occurred, that she’d get rid of it. She was taking birth control pills, but they failed to do the job. we are both in our early 30's and enjoy life to the fullest. i can't stand kids (hate is a strong word, but i hate them basically) i have never, nor will i ever change a diaper (that's a woman's job anyway) nor will i be there for the late night feedings. the baby is just going to eat away at our savings (accounts which i'm fixing to close so she can't touch it) and i'm going to have to trade in one of my bmws to get a ridiculous minivan. there's no way that's happening! I already notice my gf is eating more and starting to get a belly. i like my women skinny and flexible..if she's pregnant, she just won't be able to satisfy me. i don't want things to change. i don't want a kid.i've told her this

We're both female and in our early 30's. She was abused many times from the age of 5 until she was 12 by an older male aquaintance. She's told me she has intimacy and trust issues. She's had therapy and had been on medications for a long time. She isn't in therapy or taking any medications as of now.

keeping this out of court is not an option, unfortunately. My 18-yr old daughter hasn't seen her younger half-brothers and sister in a year and wants to keep in touch, but her father and stepmother will not cooperate. Does she have a legal, arguable case to establish visitation rights?

My girlfriend spends a lot of time with ex. Over the past 28 months she has not gone a week without seeing him or three days without talking and over that time she has been with me off and on for 6 months. She moved out for a little while but still went over to see him and then moved back after a few weeks cuz its her home too...do you think that means they are still together? I'm 20 yrs old and 6 months pregnant, the babies father and I are no longer together. He's in college, I'm still at home and working, and now that my son is on the way my education is on hold. I worry if I bring him to court or vise versa he'll get custody ONLY because he'll be more financially stable than I am. He lives about 6 hrs from me, and I'm worried he'll be able to just drive up and take him hrs away. Basically I have no idea what to do..

My bf and I broke up three weeks ago. We were together for a year and a half, but the past 12 months we were doing long distance (Boston-NYC). We had planned on me moving to NY to be with him, but we had been fighting a ton. The fighting was mostly driven by me, but until we broke up I did not see it that way. When we broke up we were both unhappy with the current relationship, and agreed that after taking time to ourselves that we would talk to make sure that we had made the right decision. I moved to VT to stay with my mom after the breakup. Since the moment that I left him, I have been a wreck. I can't stop crying and can't stop thinking about what I should have done differently. My ex and I love each other very much, and talked about marriage and children all of the time (I am 28, he is 30). I have been trying to give him the space that we had agreed upon, but it seems impossible for me. We have only talked once. He says that he needs time. Does that mean he's moving on

My fiance asked me if he could trade with his cousin my laptop that I bought with my own money before I even met him for a Portable DVD player that goes in the car cause he wants it. Then got mad when I told him no I would not trade it.. I told him he had no right to get mad at me cause I paid for the laptop before we even met. To me he also didn't even have a right to even ask me to trade my laptop for something he wants and I have no use for... He wants it cause he wants to watch movies while driving which I don't think he needs to do cause he needs to pay attention to the road since he won't let me drive cause he does not like my driving..

in five years. You are kind of like roommates. However, you have a child together, the child is 8 years old. You really want to live as you are 40 and know that life does not last forever, however, do you wait until you have found someone else, get a divorce before hand and possibly let the child suffer, or continue to be friends with the person that you have married and just live that way. Just that the possibility of finding someone to love and who loves you back is appealing, too Cinderallish? Just give it up for the sake of the child, or go for life? Is it selfish to get a divorce when there is a child involved? or do you just stay with the person even thought there is NO attraction or desire b/c?
