YES!!! I think you have to be realistic about marrige. The love-dovey, can't bear to be apart, always hugging and showing affection may not last forever. The better the friendship and personal bond below the marrige the stronger it will be and the longer it will last...hopefully forever. :)

NO!!!!!!! That may sound terrible, but it is the honest truth. I married him because I had two children with him and I thought it was the right thing to do. I cared about him, but I don't think I was ever in love. He lied to me repeatedly, so I married him under false pretenses. Oh man....I could go on forever!!

However, I was committed to making it work for 19 years. I filed for divorce recently, but it was a really hard decision!

Yes, i'm very blessed to have such a wonderful hubby, and although we all have our flaws and we are not perfect, we have to look past that and see all the good things we've been blessed with and i'd do it all over again for sure....

my wife is a great woman, but i think i got married for the wrong resaon. i did not want my son to grow up without his father around daily, but its kinda depressing when i look around and im the only one taking care of the house and making sure things run smoothly. i can do bad all by myself.

Yea, sure, but I wouldn't bother with a ceremony or anything. Maybe just go common law or go to city hall! I HATE weddings! It was my husband who convinced me to do it after living together for awhile.

NEVER .. My ex found herself a new man, and they are welcome to each other.
Any woman who can bring her new man into the family home to 'sleep over' in the former marital bed, when her 'ex' husband (me) and her 3 children are all still in the house, needn't think I would EVER have her back.
