Ok I need both the male and female perspective (which I kinda know which way this might go)

Long story short, I have been seeing this boy (and I say boy, he is 26, I am in my 30s.) We have a ton of laughs and the physical side is wonderful. However, due to his lagging, just showing up late (now granted we did not "agree" to a meeting time, but cmon you talk to the person and say see you soon and show up three hours later????) I basically got turned off and told him we could only be friends as I could not see myself being intimate with someone who totally disrespects my time.

He gave every excuse under the book (it is mostly his family holding him up, yes, he still lives with his family, I KNOW!) but last night I was fed up and told him what a loser he his and he is going nowhere. Now I am NOT materialistic, I just see he is basically dependant on his family for everything (works with his dad) and is just YOUNG! But he is a VERY nice person and he has a good heart.

I will be 18 in a month. I know this is a big decison. I am finacially stable and I graduated college. My parents are very controlling and LOVE to know my every move. I apreciate everything they've done for me, BUT I beleive its time for me to move out on my own. I've tired calculating costs and looked at wonderful apartments. The rests of my family is very supportive of my decison. The next step is breaking it to my parents and having their input, but I dont know how. To them I'm still a child...

Not too long ago, I dated a guy that was a virgin. We had a messy break-up(he cheated on me, so I broke up w/ him), & during one of our many immature post break-up arguments(we would call each other post break-up to mock or curse out the other person), he made up a story about having a 2-yr-old son that was, in reality, his new girlfriend's NEPHEW. (he isn't fully aware that I'm on to him, but I have my proof) It was some dumb story he made up to anger me & to falsely "justify" why he cheated on me & left me for another girl.

Is it wrong to lie about having a kid when you don't have one? Was he immature for doing this?

A friend suggested that I should tell him that during our time dating, I got "pregnant"(not true) w/ another guy's kid(remember, my ex is/was a virgin), as payback for him pretending to have a kid. Is this wrong, or would this be simply giving him a taste of his own medicine? (I'm NOT saying I agree w/ this idea) But then again, a friend said it'd be "unforgivable

at this point I honestly wish i could die... if i didn't have two small kids life wouldn't even be worth living.. i swear he has used and played me for the very last time, but this time he has really crossed THE line.. i have even thought about killing him... I know I need help...can't talk to my mom she would never understand..(she still doesn't know y I love him)...I swear I don't want this to get around to anybody especially at work... hell .. even as i type i wonder can i tell u everything without u judging me OR telling someone? ...I don't know anything any more...when i called u the other morning i had a hand full of pills and a bottle of absolute...in the end i settled for the liquor and didn't take the pills...but it's to the point where i don't even want to wake up some days.... u know i love my kids...both of them, but i just can't keep pretending I'm as strong and confident as i might appear...it's a front..inside I feel a sadness deeper than the word sorrow itself...

If you're a good looking, talented, kind, intelligent, funny, caring, sweet, fun, sexy and interesting woman and an incredibly good friend to a man, and he knows this and tells you it, why would he sleep with you then get back together with his ex who had annoyed him and left him for another man two weeks later and tell you he was never attracted to you?

Say that you are friends with a couple and that you are equally close to both. The guy in the relationship is head over heels in love with his wife. He adores her, his life revolves around he, and he can't wait to be a father. He is all about this family. The girl is pregnant, but she has confided is some other friends who in turn informed you that she had a couple affairs and is pregnant with another man's child, but does not plan on telling her husband that he is not the father and she is staying. None of the other girls are friends with the guy, so if anyone is going to tell him, it would be you. Would you let him know his wife was sleeping around and the kid wasn't his. The thing is this will totally destroy him. Or just keep quiet and let him stay happy???

My husband and I have been married for five years, and it's been an o.k. marriage, we've had our share of ups and downs. The thing is, lately (past few months), it doesn't seem like we have a relationship at all. He is moody and distant, and every time I bring it up, he says there is nothing bothering him. When I ask him if he is happy in this marriage, he says "yes", but doesn't even crack a smile. At times he just seems so miserable, that I feel guilty being here, like I'm the one dragging his life down. He's never been one to really communicate and getting him to talk about his feelings is like pulling teeth. I even went as far as asking him if he wanted a divorce, and he says No, and sounds like he really means it. He is totally antisocial, he doesn't have any friends, doesn't want them, he's been that way since I've known him, I had to pratically pester the hell out of him, just to get him to talk to me when I first met him. I honestly don't believe he's cheating.

My curious male mind wants to know. Now we all know the female body is, generally speaking, a much more sensuous and appealing form to look at than that of a male. I'm not trying to perv on anyone, but in your opinion is it somewhat normal for a woman to get a little turned on sometimes by viewing other beautiful women..on television, movies, magazines, etc. I am not implying that it would mean any type of homosexual traits or whatever, but just the fact of viewing a sensual and sexy female body might turn on even a 100% straight woman. thoughts?

Why do men do this all the time even my girlsfriends complain about what men do after sex. You pay all the attention in the whole world before having sex and then no attention after zex not even an eye contact. If that happens is because you don't love her or it's plainly sex. I know guys are not emotional ppl but darn that's cold.

oh God! what will I do? I terribly miss my mother. she just gone abroad. for the past months that she's here with us I hated her. because of a sin that she had done that nearly makes our family broken. in spite of what had happened, I still miss her. what would be the best way to express what I really feel? I always feel shy to tell her that I miss her every time she calls from abroad.

My son is 14 years old and I was married to his father for 12 years at which time I was the one that worked and stayed home with the kids on the weekends. My husband was a serious drinker and drug user he would sometimes leave in the middle of the night and then we wouldnt see him for days. In our marriage I went out with my freinds about once a month and he stayed with the kids (I have 2 children 14&10). I filed for a divorce a year ago and six months ago I met someone. This guy is real good to me but we are just getting to know each other better. I am not comfortable bringing him around my children or my home yet. However most Friday and Saturday nights I stay at his house after we go out my children or either with thier dad (who is sober now), staying the night at a freinds house, or with my sister. In the morning I picki them up and we do things like the movies or park etc. My son wa mad the other day and said I should stay home even if they are not there. Am I wrong?

He can ask to have them a week ahead, but the ex wont say yes "in case she has plans". He sees them on occasion, but always at her house. He is not allowed to take them anywhere. He goes camping a lot and would love to have them along. He does not do drugs, and is not an alcoholic, He has a full time, well paying job and pays support. He would like to take her to court, but she says if he does, he'll never see the kids again. She crosses the border regularly to see her boyfriend in Bellingham.and takes the kids. They stay in a motel because her boyfried is homeless. The kids have found needles and crack in the parking lot there. I am araid for them. They are 10,8,4 and need their dad When they do see him, they cry and dont want him to leave what should I as a grandmother do? my 13 yr old is the only one she lets visit because he is so close to the 10 yr old..The only other male influence they have is her dad who is a few fries short of a happy meal.

Okay, I have been having an affair for the last 9 months with someone I got to love dearly. My husband is the sweetest man and he has done everything for me. He has been there for me and my family. The thing is before I started the affair I asked my husband that, " I do not want to be married to him anymore but he insisted we work it out. He has put his whole life aside 10 years to protect me and do everything for me. I really want like this other man like I love my husband but I am attched. I want to leave this other man because I want to be with my husband and make things work. The thing is my husband wants me to call this other man and end it in his presence, after that end it with him. He will turn around and cry in disbelief and than turn around and hold me tight and tells me he loves me. He was crying all night. He wants a divorce from me one minute and the next, he claims he loves me and he doesn't want to share me with another man. I was wrong.
