i dated a woman for about a year, and for the last few months, i suspected, for good reason, that she had been cheating on me. i finally got rid of her back in late october (or maybe early november???) for about two dozen reasons. i really haven't thought much about her since (a manipulative, deceitful, mistrustful control freak who treats a man like dirt and could probably stand to be medicated isn't the kind of person you really miss), and i got over her immediately. yesterday, a friend of hers asked me about her to me and told me a few things, and my suspicions were confirmed. this is the only woman in my life i have ever actually been relieved and truly happy to break up with. why does my heart sink NOW to find out that she cheated?

and...

she always accused me of cheating on her, and when she wasn't doing that, she was constantly reminding me not to. she did all this without any real reason. if a woman does that, is it a good indication that she's cheating, or that she will?

I am currently seeing a man who is 37 going on 38 yrs old and i am 27 going on 28 yrs old in 6 months.He has never been married and has no children.I have a 4 yr old daughter and am going through a divorce after 6 yrs of marriage 2.5 of those yrs spent seperated.Does age matter in relationships?My soon to be ex.hubby was only 3 yrs older than me .I have never dated anyone this much older everyone i have ever dated was my age will this make a difference?

My boyfriend has AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAlot of female friends and some people even think that he might be gay,but i know he is not. He hangs around them alot and goes to the movies with them sometimes without me knowing. 8 months ago, I asked my husband to move out of the house because my mom said he tried to rape her. ( He refused to do so, and until now I have no idea who tells the truth ) Our son stays with me, and I don't get any help from him to raise my son. He has a new girlfriend now, but what really bothers me is what he does to her and her daughter. He cooks. He washes her clothes-- which never happened when he lived with me. He takes her to eat out most of the time --at the restaurants the he hated before. He stops picking my son up on weekend, and spend time to take good care of her daughter.
Please help me! I feel really bad when I look at my son. What should I do now to keep myself emotionally balance? Thanks a lot.

It seems some people question women who deny a man the right to see his kid, but it does not operate as a two way street is the problem. If a woman is with a man who treats her like gold, but abuses her kids, the woman is asked how dare she date a man who is rude to her kids. And she is told not to see him again even though he is good to her. But yet, when a man is rude to the woman and nice to the kid, how come no one ever asked the kid to stay away from the father, and how could a kid like a man who is rude to his mother. How come the mother and kid are treated as a all-or-nothing package when only the kids are being abused, but are looked at as two separate cases when only the women is being abused. Why is it not acceptable for a woman to just hide her kids from an abusive boyfriend but still continue to date him, the same way a woman is asked to stay out of the picture when ex-hubby/boyfriend somes to pick up the kids. Why the biased treatment and sacrifice not asked of men?

I had given her a 1 moonth timeframe to get a job, and she burned that up and upon the last few days told me she was pregnant. She has found an excuse to not get a job ever since. It's been 5 years and still no job. Sure shes tried Avon and watching old people die in their homes for 9 bucks an hour. But I can honestly say shes a drain on my family and can feel months of my life being swept away. I blame her for all our troubles and want her to cheat on me so I can dump her. He picked our daughter up today and looked like a hobo. he looked like he hadn't shaved in 2 weeks. he also had a shy cowardly stand to him, like a kid looks when he is scolded. he also didn't have his sunglasses on which he ALWAYS does. whatever it was it wasn't the norm and i am trying to figure out if he want to speak to me or what his deal is. we do not speak at all accept to exchange our daughter. the other factor is is that his girlfriend that he left his family for is out of town, can that have something to do with it? I'm not even sure if there still together.
i don't know why i am asking or even caring so please just indulge me as to what you think is wrong with him.

not counting the ones who get pregnant and marry for that reason. i just mean the chances of it happening. like percentage wise?

i'm asking because my highschool sweetie is unfortunetly graduated leaving me behind in highschool dust. he dumped me a week b4 he graduated and then asked me back out two weeks later. i said yes. and befor that little episode, we had so many plans...and i like to think that we're different...

but, for him to hurt me like that, i'm wondering if maybe we aren't?? but i do love him and this is my last year of highschool..and then i'm off to college.

This is a long one so please read the whole thing before answering...

My fiance used to ask me for my opinion on things and take my advice so that we could get things done and done well. About a month ago, he asked me for my opinions but wouldn't take my advice. Now he's neither asking for my opinions or asking for my advice and he's (pardon my french) F*CKING UP EVERYTHING! Anytime he doesn't take my advice or ask my opinion before doing something, it goes wrong and he either breaks something or ruins it. The thing is, I ask him for his opinions and advice on everything. He also used to do nothing but make me happy now he does nothing but annoy me. I don't know what's going on but I want help on this. What should I do? I've tried talking to him but he won't listen. I have to literally b*tch at him before he listens...

Please help me... I'm from the Philippines, and I've got this really big problem that's tearing me apart. Wanna know why? Here goes. A friend of mine, who happens to be a girl, and also happens to be a friend of the girl of my dreams, is angry at me. Now, I know why she's angry at me. Why? Because I did something so bad. What did I do? I told the guy that she really likes that she likes him. Sounds simple? I'll trade places with anyone who says it's that simple. Now, she won't talk to me. I've tried in vain to apologize (thru y!m), but she doesn't want to listen. I even offered to do anything just for her to forgive me, and she said there was something I could do. What could I do? mother (finacially and emotionally)because In my 6month preg my husband left. I have been accepting alot of help from her and she try to run my life. I know that there are times I acted like a baby because I know she would come running I regret that. I just didn't want to take care of anything taking her help was much easier. My husband and I have separated a muiltude of times and now I am done. I don't think anybody believes that. Every decision I make that I dicuss with my older sis she suggest that i run it by my mom first. That makes me crazzy. I recently got a better paying job and I am trying to get my bills stragiht, one day she just burst out how I don't appreciate her and I never offered her anything. Ok should I be upset about this? Here goes. Hubby came home from work,slept.Then a few hrs latter I woke up then a couple of hrs after that he woke up. We were both on our laptops. I was looking at my mail ,he was playing wor craft and I jumped into the shower and then when I came out I gave him a flash and said ill be upstairs and then he smiled and said im going to jump in the shower and ill be wrate up.Well as im upstairs waiting,he is still trying to save his game.I came down stairs a few min latter and his words were im on my way i was waiting for the hr glass to go away trying to close my game,well any way i said forget it.Now im not in the mood. I was hoping he would just shut the door of his lapp top and jump in the shower and run up the stairs.I said to him It would have been nice to have had him jump to it and not sit there waiting to save his game.Is there somthing wrong with me just wanting him to want me? His best friend came to my work last night but the store was closed to check me out. he just saw a glimpse of me but said i looked like a librarian. my bf said he didnt know his best friend was gonna do that. he laughed when i was like librarian? awww man. i was wearing a pink silk headband, white flowly long skirt, black ballet slippers and a pink long sleeved shirt.

i work at a bookstore. ive always been told i look like the hot secretary or hot libraria/ school teacher type but... lol. i was wearing my contacts not my glasses this time. ummm, so im a bit mad that his first impression of me i didnt get to prepare for. lol.
So, umm, does that mean hot librarian or just nerdy lol?

my husband says that he just had sex with this girl but he cant seem to give up these photos that he told me he got rid of! And come to find out there was a little bit more to it- like how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her and raise her son and start a family of their own!i cant even remember what my ex who meant a ton to me looks like well i can but what i mean is i threw out all the pics when we got married! I'm just asking out of curiosity, here (very single right now, and enjoying it!). If you're married/engaged, how did you choose your bride's maids? If you're not, how will/would you? I think that if I ever do marry, I'll probably ask a couple of my closest friends, my one younger sister, and the oldest daughter of each of my older sisters (I've got three older sisters, all of whom are married and have at least one daughter. Having all of them would just make the bridal party too big). So how would you/did you do it?
