YOu should be able to get child support from him. In most states, the marital assets are divided 50/50, though you really need to check with a lawyer who is familiar with your state's marital property laws. Especially if you both acquired a bunch of stuuff during the marriage. PLEASE get a good lawyer so that you don't get left with squat.

Child support for one and you do not have to wait for the divorce to get it, they can award you up to 45% of his gross earnings, good chance at owning 1/2 the business also. Would get a lawyer (can make him pay for that too) quick

Every state allows and enforces child support. Most states will say that if the business was created during the marriage, you are entitled to half that business. Please get a good lawyer and insure that your rights are protected as well as the rights of your children. Best of luck to you!
