How can i overcome this social anxiety i get and stop worrying what others think and start being my natural funny self, the hidden self that others dont see, i have loads of good qualities that people might actually like but i fear rejection and i cant come out of my shell i think ppl judge me and think i am boring but they dont know the real me, even the me my friends see isnt the real me i hide who i am, what can i do?

i am really trying to trust him. but, he flirts with my friends, tells my friends about our buisness, even personal stuff. he has numbers on his cell, carries condoms in wallet, never did before.i try to look in cell , numbers gone.i check online, things get erased. couple of his friends he just started hanging with, cant trust them. maybe im not sneaky enough, i even asked him , if something was going on. ofcourse i get a no. his ex is looking for him . he says he doesnt want her at all. she is the one that split us up, after12yrs. please help .

was a struggle. We finally divorced and while I'm trying to live the "single" life, it's killing me. I don't eat, I've lost 20 lbs in the last year and all these men I party with leave me feeling empty. I recently found out my ex is dating now and it's killing me. I just don't know what to do and how to pick up the pieces. I don't want to live the single life, I really don't...I really want someone there to care about and worry about. What do you do??

Being married sounds good and all but the lust is like that "new car smell", it doesnt last long. The wife runs a monopoly on the (you know) and you better not stray or she'll have your (you know) in court and try to get all she can. Its not my fault I am a man with a high sex drive and I dont ask for much. She wants to make a schedule for sex. I want to make spontaneous sex. She wants to watch tv in the night. I want to see her naked in the night because I cant watch no other "real life girl in person" at night. All the ladies on my job want to take a ride in "my car" while my wife prefers to walk? I dont get it. My (you know) is gonna fall of due to lack of in-activity? Too old for Rosie Palms!

I just got my yellow belt, and I want to create a scrapbooking page in our family album to commemorate it. Please no comments about how I shouldn't be prideful, etc. etc. I have worked hard, and it's just one picture on a page in our family album. What are some good ideas? I want a phrase or something appropriate for it, I don't want to just say yellow belt.

I've been told I'm "cute" and "nice" by ladies but we all know what that means. Anyway, I'm having a hard time finding a decent girl. Is it because I dress emo. This guy was my first love. We had an awesome love affair in highschool - I mean absolutely cosmic. I'm talking soul to soul love here. We were young and immature and we broke up . I moved on , married another man, he married another woman. My marriage ended last year and 2 months ago I ran into my first love again. We began talking and now he says he's still in love with me - just the same as in highschool - he has loved me all of these years. Truth is I have loved him too. He says he needs a little time to get out of his marriage the RIGHT way so that we can be together. We have agreed that we are not having sex until he is out of his marriage. Am I a fool to wait for him? He calls me all day long - says he just needs to hear my voice. I am so scared that he's going to get caught. What should I do? I feel so bad for his wife.

OK so my ex gf of almost 4 years dumped me 4 weeks ago but got a new bf not even 2 weeks after the break up. She tells me she still loves me and the reason y we broke up is because she feels that we're more of best friends then bf/gf. ( I get a feeling that he was in the picture b4 we broke up but she says no) I’m 19 and she’s 18. I no we’re young but she was the center of my life and i love her so much.... I know i have to get over her but its so hard any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. She's was always calling me ( I told her to stop) and she always wants to hang out and she said that thing should stay the same just with out the physical part( I don’t think this is fair to me)...does she want her cake and eat it to? am i just a back up if her new relationship fails? Its been 4 weeks and i CANT get her out of my head.

3 days ago she sent me this message “Do u hate me now? Like r we friends? Msg me from da comp! Plz…. Is it bye have a good life or u Just cant talk 4 now. Msg bac plz”

And she sent me this message ( on face book)yesterday morning at 3:20 am. -wat u been up 2? r we still not talkin or wat.. i thought u said taht nuthing could get in between our friendship? well msg me back plz! ill try to go on here 2morrow after or b4 work ttyl miss talkin 2 u bye :)

Also yesterday I went to her house b/c her brother and cousin are some of my best buddies. And she asked me “WHY don’t you want to talk to me?(she was almost going to cry) Are we ever going to talk again? WHY…WHY..WHY…!

So I told her that that’s what I wanted and she should respect that…..she was really upset(sad).

Why does she still message me? Do you think she wants me back or is just feeling guilty about the way she did things? I asked her to stop and its only been like 5 days that we haven’t talked and already 4 messages. What’s your advice?

For a while now I've had feelings for a girl who has pretty much been my best friend since high school. We met the first week of our Freshman year in high school and now go to the same college.

I've asked what to do about it on here but I got responses that don't work for me: tell her how I feel or find a different girl.

I know it COULD be for the best, but the chance of messing up the friendship makes "could" just not be worth it to me (also, I in no way fit the pfrofile of the guys she dates). I also don't feel that the feelings are reciprocated because she is almost always in a relationship with another guy. I, on the other hand, am all but unable to talk to other girls because I can't get past this friend of mine.

ASIDE FROM TELLING HER HOW I FEEL, what can I do to try to move on and find someone else?

and you two are seperated but he keeps bugging you to come back to him and then he tell you his fantasys on how he will kill you or wants to kill you because he thinks you are bitc h then he wants to touch you sexually after confessing all this disturbing information, what would you say to this?
I told him to stay away and not touch me and he was out of line and questioned why he wanted to stay with me if he has such fantasys. I dont think he is really wanting to get back together for the best. what do you think.
