What if theres a person cares about how one is from the inside,but also cares about the outside(appearence)?

why is shallow called in a bad way when theres really nothing wrong being shallow?

Also I’m already married, me and my husband went to the JP and get married, but I really wanted to have a church ceremony. So it’s really not a wedding but more of an exchanging of vowels. We will still have a reception and all that.

My little sister is getting married July 8th and I didn’t want to start to plan anything because I didn’t want to over shadow her. As matter of fact we kinda kept it a secret from a few people because I wanted her to have her big day.

Now with all that said I’ve seen every possible thing that could go wrong …go wrong. I know you can never really plan a perfect day but I want to come as close as possible. And I was just wondering when is the best time to start to plan. What should I plan first?

A friend of mine has started to hit the booze hard, sometimes drinking before work, lunch, afterwork, not really liquer but I am worried about him.

We do go for drinks together but it is normally weekend or some nights after work.

Can you please tell me if I did something stupid or freaky or is this considered normal dating? I'm not familiar with the rules of dating, I've been out of the world of dating for a while.

My boyfriend called me when I was cleaning. I didn't hear the ringing at first. Just when I grabbed the phone, the ringing stopped. Without thinking much, I called him right back. I mean, I had the phone in my hands?
Only afterwards I started thinking, if I did something stupid or freaky? Should i have waited for him to call me again, or called him back sometime later? Or is this OK? We have been exclusive about 6 weeks.
When I called him, he didn't talk long, we just made the plans we were supposed to.

Before I got married, I had many friends and we would go out all the time. But I got married two years ago, and since then my friends and I never hang out. It's always just me and my husband. Don't get me wrong, I love to be with him. But sometimes I just want to get with MY friends for a girl's night...
I know my husband must feel this way, too. What should we do?

He didn't tell me. I looked at the tattoos on his arm & there were alot of symbols. Then, I looked at the one on his hand and it said VL. That means vato loco. I asked him if it ment vato loco, and he said yes.

My boyfriend died in Dec. and now I am extremely depressed. Sure there are other reasons that I am depressed besides that but now I have nowhere to go. I ran away a couple days ago (following advice of some other people) and am now living with my friends family in NYC. They are concerned about be "well-being" and are sending me to some "group meeting" for people with the same problems as me. I need to find a way to appear happy so I don't have to go. Should I go anyway or figure it out on my own?

My wife and I were married at the beginning of this year, after dating for about a year and a half. We've known each other nearly all of our lives - we had lost contact for nearly 20 years. About a month after we married we found out she was pregnant - it will be my first, her fourth. Since then her feelings for me have apparently changed and now she can barely stand the sight of me. I realize she is dealing with a difficult pregnancy (we're both a little older), and I hear that her hormones are all over the place. She told me that she's lost respect for me (I lost my job after 10 years 2 weeks after we married, though I have a good job now), that she doesn't think I'm funny at all (though everyone else in my life does), and that I'm "too much of a woman" because I express my emotions (I lost my sister 6 months ago and had a health scare myself a month after we married, so I'm a little stressed). She still talks to her ex every day and sees no problem with it -I'm just at a loss.

A few months ago they decided they were going to move in our guest house. They lived over an hours drive away. I was perfectly comtent with "missing " them. After they moved here they made my life miserable. All my peace and quiet was gone and they kept bossing my kids. The kids started not being sure who to listen to. My father in law always thought as himself as the "boss" My mother in law favored one child over another, which caused the other one hurt feelings. Finally after 2 months I had enough. I went off the deep end and told them. My husband was completely on my side, and told them they were going to have to move.He evicted his parents! I did feel really bad over it, but not bad enough to ask them to stay. The other day was moving day. As soon as the moving truck pulled out I felt a sense of relief. I ran over to the guest house and started rolling around on the carpet giggling.No one was supposed to see me. but my mother in law forgot her purse. I was so busted.

i found out on sunday the girl i really like has a child i felt that i loved her and was to be honnest shattered when i found out she already had ties which meens. not comming out for long dates ebcause she cant leave her child with parents long (she is 19) im 18.

she didnt say no to me when i asked her out she jsut said she cant because she has a baby to lookafter i understand but why does life have to be such a ***** in these circumstances we agreed to jsut be freidns and we moved on but i still really like her and cant get ehr out my head i feel like my hearts broken

My fiance and I are getting married on June 7, 2008 and are thinking of ideas as to what we'd like to do. We live in MD and are thinking of going on a cruise in NY to Bermuda. Yet, we were wondering if an all out resort would be better or even just as nice. Also, money-wise which would be the best choice. I would prefer going somewhere tropical so I can be nice and warm and such.... and I LOVE the beach!

I love him so much I know that I am not with him any more but I want to keepp him in my life. Ok let me start from the begining I broke up with my boyfriend and he moved on with the woman that was there all alone a mistress i migth say. She moved in with him after some problems with her parents. She signed for his car and now they are together. He was at first telling me that he was happy with the sitution and we should be friends because we do love eachother. Now he is saying that he is coming back I know that I want him back deep down inside but I also know that most likely he wont change. Every time I tell him to stopo callng me he wont and I cant help but to answer the phone. I really love him and know that sometimes you go through things to make the relationship stronger but should I stick by him through this? People lets be real dont just answer the general answers be real everyone has stood by someone that has did them wrong so is this something I should try for ?

My ex- husband and I divorced many years ago, now I find myself having thought of him all the time, We were only married 3 years my parents and family did not like him, his family all hated me.I found out while we were married he had numerous affairs with other women. I left him for another man it's really complcated I had a baby by the man I left him for.He has been married several times and has several children by all his other wives. He wrote me after he found out I had my child who will be 25 in August and asked me to come back to him. I told him no but in the back of my mind I still have feelings for him, I have found out the man I left him for is no better than he was He has also ran around on me. I have been given Clamidia by him at least 10 times. But do to my health and the crap this man has done I am afraid to leave him. Because I can't keep a job my health is not good enough I work one day end up in bed for several.Have tried for disability but turned down there.

I have always worked, ever since he was 3 months old. I am now only working 3 days but leaving in the morning on those days. He starts crying the night before i have to work, telling me how much he will miss me. He wakes up all night long those nights and then in the morning seems to know right when i am leaving and jumps out of bed and chases me to the car, crying hysterically. I am not sure what to do anymore but it is affecting his sleep and my work status. Not sure what to do anymore!!!

i'm 16. i moved to one place and hated it until i made the best friends ive ever had. i moved away and i know it was a mistake. i just cant convince my mom to let me go back and be happy and graduate with my friends like i want to. ive always wanted to graduate with my best friend and if i dont move back then i cant. so what should i do? i feel depressed and i cant get over how much i miss them. and my mom doesnt care that i am hurting after 6 schools and alot of disapointment.
