Is he ignoring you, or is he acting awkward? Guys dont want to be friends after a breakup. Im sorry, but i think it just might be over between you two. You shouldnt date your best friends unless you are inlove with them, and vise versa, because it is almost never like in the movies where they kiss and then say, this is weird, were just friends. I think you should just give up your friendship.

Well, you're his ex, he isn't under any obligations to have any contact with you whatsoever... Just move on, and exes are exes for a reason. I don't think he's being immature, as you really don't need to talk to your exes after things are done. Give him his space... Anyone whos saying he's immature probably hasn't taken into account that maybe he's one of the few people that actually have the ability to not speak to exes anymore.

It would be different if he was still with you, but seeing as he's an ex, why should anyone be forced to speak with someone they used to date? Its always caused me trouble, I know that much...

Tell him that you know that he doesn't want a relationship and that you want to go back to being friends like you used to be. Express how much you miss laughing, crying, and chilling together and that you know that the relationship thing didn't work out but that doesn't mean that the friendship has to suffer because of it.

Good luck!!

Why are you so concerned about him talking to you? Did you do something to him? If not, just leave him alone. He is the one that will have to figure it out and is missing out on a great opportunity with you. Move on to someone else.

why waste your time? He obviously is too imature and just needs to stop acting like a baby. Sometime things just can't go back to being the same and you have to understand that. If your friendship was meant to be then he would still be talking to you.

He's your ex...EX... "ex"...boyfriend. What part of that do you not understand? Of course he's not talking to you, you broke up, there is no longer a relationship of any kind and it's pretty obvious that he doesn't want a relationship at all with you.

I had the same problem... and i just gave up and started having fun and not worrying about him. Then he eventually noticed that I wasn't so worried about him talking to me, and he came to me and asked me how I was and what was new with me.
just give him room... don't keep pushing him to talk to you.

Perhaps there is a deeper reason why he won't talk to you, was the split amicable
