You are too caught up in appearances. You have already stated that this guy is a hoe. What makes you think he will stop being one? This is definitely not the type of person that should be your first. Listen to you instincts.

hes 16 and a hoe? The fact that your a virgin is a good thing. You sound way too young to even be thinking about sex - especially if you're fourteen. Stay away from that boy. I know hes cute and you like him and everything, but thats the type of boy that'll get a girl pregnant and then dump her. Trust me, I know.

You should ignore him and move on with your life. He's too old, and you're crushing with him for all the wrong reasons. So he has a six pack? Big deal. He's a bad boy, like you said. He'll only hurt you, if he even gives you the time of day. Avoid him, keep yourself busy, and wait until someone more appropriate and accessible comes your way. It will be worth the wait.

You should be a virgin at 14. He is too old for you. Try meeting boys your own age. Just become friends with them and the rest will happen naturally but seriously NO SEX until you are older.
