If you broke up with someone for a dumb reason, you're smart about it and realistic about the bad odds of getting back together...but the person is worth so much to you that they are at least worth one try at seeing if you can mend the relationship and the feeling, do you get sick of people that seem like just "easy quitters" and tell you coldly to "just move on. I knew some people who before getting to know other people - try to determine whether or not the other person was confident. I have always been shy, so when I observed their behavior it made me feel like they were the least confident people of all.

Does anyone else ingaged in the "test" before they get to know people? am I just being nieve?

we'll call him sam and her betty. sam and betty dated for a year and a half. they broke up in february. their relationship was really weird, they broke up and got back together every other week. at that time, i was good friends with betty. for awhile, i thought that sam was a jerk becuase of stuff that betty talked about. then, i began to get to know sam better and i started to realize that betty lies a lot to make herself look good and to get her own way. since they broke up, sam has had two girlfriends; one lasted about a week and one lasted about a month. then we started talking a lot and weve been together for awhile, but weve only been official for about a week. we both like each other a lot, but betty keeps making drama. at first, she spread stuff around saying that sam cheats on his girlfriends. now, she wont leave him alone. she calls and texts him all the time saying that hes worthless and that he ruined her life.
i dont know what to do about it. please help?

Recently my girlfriend and I wake up and chat with eachother until we find something to do and than we do it and come back home. When we come back home she always expects me to get online and chat with her for the rest of the day. When i go hang out with my friends or play a hobbie because my friends called to see if i want to. I come back and she tells me i choose my friends over her. This is really annoying me because i spend about every living moment with her. Everyday i see her for at least 4 hours and sometimes i go out with my friends after and when i do my girlfriend gets mad or say i choose them over her. help me!!! I need my own space too!

So I was casually dating a guy for several months.
We didnt have sex until we had been friends/known each other for 5 months.
We had sex 3 times and then I said if he didnt want to be serious we should break up because I am not wired to do casual relationships. Plus I had major death in family, job change, surgery and moved so I was stressed to deal with casual fling.
We broke up and 2 months later he said he just wanted to hang and maybe make out a little. I agreed in a weak moment.

He was pushy and wouldnt take no for an answer and we ended up doing it. I enjoyed it but was mad because i tried to fight him off me and said no 5 times before i finally gave up and gave in.
I then explained that was it and I care about him but unless he wants to commit to a real adult relationship (we're both 30) he better leave me alone .....
He said he understood. Well 2 weeks later he just told me he misses me and keeps staring at my pics. I cut him off and said i miss him but no casual stuff sorry. He responded so coarsely that he is all pentup and 'backedup N needed to cvm badly and could he just use my mouth.
Ewwwww.
He then added I could just lie on my sofa and not do much except lick him.
I didnt know how to respond so i lied and said I wasnt home.
Well he just IMd me that he drove by my house alittle while ago and could see my tv and laptop light flickering.
He said he only asked for a 'simple bj' and wouldnt have insisted on sex this time.
Wow thats stalkerish.
Eww should I just ignore him forever ? I see him in public a lot.

Let's make this more real and personal. I once stupidly cheated (once and only time) on my girlfriend (whom I loved and still love deeply), she found out. he lets his family tell him what to do, (they hate me) I used to let them live with me too, they are moochers my boyfriend gives me $30 a week I provide lights, water, laundry, electricity, and food. He is an alcoholic and chain smoker, and when I ask him if he wants to marry me he blows me off. We have been together over 2 and a 1/2 years. He tells me he loves me but I am starting to even doubt that. Any advice?

my sister is constantly high in front of my mother (who she lives with) and my mom does nothing. She even lets my sister drive her car when she is high out of her mind. When i question my mom about this she tells me it is none of myu business. Should i butt out . When i talk to my sister she denies everything. I am afraid she is going to kill herself or someone else. My mom is 72 and works to pay her bills. My sister is 45 and has not held a job in 20 years.

so its like yellow right? well when i touch it hollered at me and i was like sad but paper cut hurt my hair and it was all dry so i like conditioned it but i really like french's and no way i twisted it so wh-ha no this isnt happening its tied to a sock!!! and maisy has the cashews ready but not going through we stop and no hazel brought bread and spill but wish around BAM!
