Heck no. Unless you are in a relationship with your boss and he is not married then hey that is okay but otherwise no. I would never be made to feel like a prostitute. If you are thinking about this change your mind and see a counselor no one should ever have the right to even ask you to do something like that. It is called self esteem and self worth!

So you don't deserve to be at the position you are in and the salary you are making, is that what you are saying? In that case, your integrity is already gone out windows. You let him own you without resistance. And your coworkers most likely know and talk about you behind your back. So your reputation is shot anyway. What's left for you to protect?
