You can never erase the past, but you can move forward. Tell your parents how sorry you are and that what you said was out the heat of the moment and you did not mean it and if they can find it in their heart to ever forgive you. We as kids say a lot of stuff to our parents that we don't mean, but that don't mean that they don't love us. We just have to remember that everything that they do for us is in our best interest and what they tell us is for our own good we are just to hard-headed to hear it because we want to be grown. No matter how grown we are we will still be our parents little kids and we have them to thank for raising us in a way that other parents don't care what they kids do. Sit them down and have a long talk and make sure you do more listening than talking and arguing because arguing will get you nowhere if you don't listen.

You can't erase it, but you can deal with it. Tell them that you're very sorry, and you realize what you said was very hurtful, but you said it in a moment of anger, and will never say anything like that again. Tell them it made you realize how much you loved them, and how hurt you would be if they stayed angry with you. By the way, whatever you said, I can almost guarantee you others have said worse and the relationship recovered.

If past was going to be erased, lots of people would live very happily, its your past that made you what u r today.
But does not mean u cant to anything. We can recover certain things that went wrong in the past.
Try to show them in action that you feel very sorry and it wont happen again. Figure out what they like and try to provide them that. send them sorry cards etc.
and let us know if it worked or not.

You can't erase your past. You gotta live with it and try to make things better in the future. Just say you're truly sorry.

You can't. But what you can do is tell them how you feel.
Tell them you're very sorry. Ask them to forgive you.
I believe they'll forgive you- don't say hurtful things again
