looking for kind, helpfull advice...expecting my 1st child in the fall...my partner decided to run out...left to do this all alone...should i try and make contact with him and keep him up2date with the progress, do i go out of my way to try and reason with him? do i just sit back and let him make a turn around? thanks to many others from my past who have spread nasty rumours about me..he doubts he is the father...HE IS...there was no one else.....i have had to buy everything myself so far and am financially straped...also seeking info on paternity testing..how does it work..where do u go....he made promises in the beginning that he has broke and i am not sure he will be there to support his child....this town is very small and i am sure one day i will run into him or his family.....not sure what to expect....do i call him when i go into labour??

so bad tempered and snappy, my partner on one hand is truely wonderful, he cooks cleans(sometimes), buys me things looks after my daughter, yet if he is moody he snapps at me, if someone upsets him he snapps at me. yesterday we were in a hurry, he was dropping me off at the train station, but i had a call, when i tried to make another call, he shouts at me that we needed to go, he was in no hurry it was me who needed to go but also to make an important call.
also he buys me a bottle of wine, packet of ciggs, after my exam the other day, i drank the whole bottle felt fine not drunk at all, yet he will buy me these things then moan at me for drinking it, what am i to do??
when he is like this i feel that he doesn't respect me enough to talk normally to me, i know i am a pian in the neck about respect but would you consider this as disrespect the snapping i mean???

I feel sorry for my grandad, he always talks about winning the lotto, and how he would do this and that for his daughters. he has a drinking problem also, and today he broaght my mum some fruits which i find sweet.

He said to me the reason why he drinks (not going to say), but then he broke down and left. my grandad has 4 daughters 1 is in dominica, and one is my mum.

Ive noticed my mum doesnt see him much, and he lives locally, i was wondering if i could do anything for him?

I only want serious answers please, I really do feel sorry for him

hiya i went on a glamour model photoshoot doing just lingerie, topless and dressing up - which my boyfriend wasnt happy with but he is ok now - he told me i wasnt allowed to do any work though after the photoshoot !
well zoo magazine has sent me an email asking me if they can publish my photos in there first timers section and i really want to be in it !!!!
should i just let zoo put them in and not tell him as he dosnt buy the mag anyway ??
i no if i tell him he will go mad and wont let me do it !!
what would you do ?? as i really wanna be in it lol !!!

Sounds like my wife and I are getting a divorce. We are currently separated and are sharing time with our 11/2 yr old daughter. Currently, my wife has her Sat night, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed day. I have her Wed evening, Thurs, Fri, Sat afternoon. But we both want weekends eventually as well. I know her school and activities will eventually dictate her schedule. Both of us want full custody and custodial ship. How should we split the time? well , my little sister , who is only 15 , has been dating this guy for about 8 months now . she recently told me she was pregnant . . not too long after that , she had a misscariage . now her boyfriend and her have been arguing , because he wanted her to keep the baby and says it's her fault for losing it . she says she's okay , but everytime i go over to my parents house to see her , she looks so depressed and i can tell she cries all the time . i've tried talking to her about it , she says she loves him . . yesterday i went over to see her , and she had a really big bruise on her arm .. she wouldn't tell me what happened . i think he's been hitting her . i told my fiance and he's very angry and wants to go "talk" to him . . but i'm not sure if that will help . . any advice would be good . thanks

I have 2 girlfriend and fell very much in love with them both. I got married with them. I spend half my day with my 1st girlfriend and the other half for my other girlfriend. They know about each other already. They were okay with it. So how come people don't have more than 1 girlfriend or 1 boyfriend? If they want to be with you, you can be with the other person. there are 5 billion people in the world, more than 1 person is bound to be your true love. so why not let it happen?

Alright I think that I am a very sweet and pretty girl. I do have a problem with voicing my opinion to people which is one of my biggest down falls but anyways my husband and I will be married for 5 years this coming friday and I have been having serious doubts about our relationship for a long time now.... I never hear I love you or even see him for more than 5 hours a week... he is always working or hanging out with his buddies. I dont like his friends so dont tell me to hang out with him... I get tired of being the good little house wife that stays at home and cooks and cleans all the time.. one of the biggest problems is with his step daughters mom... she calls here stoned off her *** and i told her she needed to grow up and be a mom she was to old for that crap and he calls me a ***** telling me that i need to control my mouth cause all it does is cause problems between them and the sad thing is they dont even deal with each other i do it all.... i need advice please anything

My friend started to see a man and then he began using her and lying to her. When some of us told her that she needed to break away from his destructive behavior, she said that it's worth it because the sex is good. She also informed him of what we told her and now he "hates" us and won't even say hello when we see him.

I find this behavior to be appaling and don't want to be around her much anymore. I don't see how someone can be alright with being used by someone who is also rude to their friends.

How can I say this so that she understands that the problem isn't him, it's that she's cool with it. I mean, if I say I'd like to spend less time with you b/c of your bad choices, do I look like a "flaky" friend? I've tried to help her and she won't listen. I think it's time I just get away from her and stop trying.

My wife said she left me because if I loved her I would have gotten her a bigger house,we have 4 children together and i love them deeply.Work for me is slow right now but i thought if you loved someone you stick it out(for better or worse).I am 28 years old and have sacrificed everything for her.The more I beg her back the madder she gets the more i tell her i love her the more she pushes me away.I am a good husband and a good father we all have are problems but should she leave over them.I here women every where saying how hard it is to find a good man .but she had one and just up and left.Is it that she has someone else?I have cryied my eyes out this past week and she has seen me crying and feels nothing.My heart is broken in half I find it hard to function at all .All I do all day is think about her and the kids. I just got married 3.5 months but was unaware i was pregnant at the time(i was bleeding).My hubby is 25 yrs old and i am 21 yrs old still in college.Before marriage we took a 4 month break because he was not sure.During the break i had a fling with an ex.bf we have a history (flings/dating)going back to senior yr of HS. Okay so I've tried comfronting my parents about this but after you see the whole story you'll see why it wouldn't work.
Okay so my sister is 7, almost 8, and she is the biggest cry baby. If one of my parents yells at her she'll go crying to the other one. When she's around my parents she's a little angel and as soon as they leave she is a devil. She doesn't open the door to me when I knock and I was locked out for 2 hrs. until my mom got home. My parents baby her so much and they let her get away with anything. They say that I'm being a difficult teenager and that I need to be nicer to her, which isn't true because I'm 12. (This is my friend's account because she is 13)
She jumps around when she is walking in the mall and yesterday because of this she jumped on my toe and made it fall off. And she stained my new shirt because she threw pizza at it. And she cries about EVERYTHING!!! IS this just a phase or will this keep going on? What could I do to stop her?

I have been seperated for 9 months now and I continue to honor my marriage by not sleeping with anyone or even having an emotional relationship. At the same time my soon to be ex left me pregnant and with a 7 mnth old baby to spark a relationship with another woman. My friend will argue that black is white. Even when there's no debate, she'll jump on the slightest thing you say and present her opinion as fact while trying to refute whatever anyone else says. She'll argue with known facts just because she believes differently - she's always right and everyone else on the planet is completely ignorant including experts in their own field.

She speaks with such a definite tone that if anyone she's decided to argue with is quite timid, they don't stand a chance of their opinions/facts being given due consideration. She wipes the floor with them!

How can you respond to such a person? I've stupidly given her some information on a personal issue I incorrectly assumed wouldn't be up for debate but unfortunately for me, it is! I'm in no position to tell her to butt out considering I initiated this conversation. Does anyone have suggestions of what I can say to her when I am following my doctors orders rather than what she thinks I ought to do.

I confronted my husband yesterday about his ongoing affair and lying. We agreed our relationship is over and we will be getting a divorce.

Our daughter is angry and wanted to confront the mistress. Against better judgement, my husband took our daugther to confront his mistress. He allowed her to say everything she was feeling about how she messed up our marriage and was mad at her father. She told her father she wants nothing to do with him, if he continues in a relationship with the mistress. The mistress said that she needs to have a relationship with her father, and she will not be in their home when she wants to visit. She said she never had to see her or talk to her again, but she should have a relationship with her dad.

Our daughter is upset about everything and I don't know how we can fix things for her. Maybe she never should have been involved, but it is too late now. Any suggestions?
