My husband of 13 years divorced and remarried me 2 years ago. He said he was just having a midlife crisis and that the divorce didn't count, although I was devestated. The past 2 months he's up to his old tricks staying out all night, getting phone calls, text messages from people I don't need to know about. He won't even add me to his myspace. He says there is no marriage if I don't trust him. He came home at 3 a.m. Sunday morning I threw some of his stuff outside. I am ready for this to be over. I know that I can't make him love me. I know that he is never going to grow up. Why do I still cry? I've been looking all over town for a house to rent for me and my son and none are available. AT least this time I do have a job. I can make it on my own. I just don't want to. I have been a good wife and mother, Why won't he just love me?

i've been in a long relationship with my girlfriend and lately we have been having alot of problems.......she has been attacking me to go back to school and get a degree......change my work .......she is saying the passion in our relationship is not there anymore. We don't really have much time to see eachother during the week because of work and everything but when we chilled on the weekends and we would have a great time together. we are very attracted physically to eachother but she is very hungover about my faults. anyway we ended up agreeing to take time apart from eachother about a week ago. we are still talking and she shows signs she misses me butit goes no futher then that. now two days ago she tells me she is kinda talkin to someone but likes him more as a friend.now last night we are talking and she brings that up again and says the same things but adds she is so confused and doesn't what to do. i need help....what do i do.....? i'm sooo confused

Last night I received a call from my 16 year old grandson, stating that my daughter had taken his key away from him and advised him to be out of her house when she arrived back home from work. He went over to a neighbor's house, called the police and related his story to the authority and left the house to stay with another unrelated family who has a large family of their own and cannot keep him. The family that he is now with also had my grandson to give his report to the policeman that lives in their area. My grandson wants me to pick him up and take him to my home (I live 3 hours away). I did talk to my daughter and she tells me a slightly different side of the story. They both have a tendancy to tell only part of the truth. I know that the policeman did his part., but I do not think that I can just go and move him in with me without his mother's consent. Shouldn't this be handled by the Department of Human Services? He has no place to go.His mother is very slick. Please help.

Does he only want to be my friend or do you think he likes me and wants to go out with me...tell by the following things he does
1) He gave me a nickname, spinoff of my spanish name and he is the only one that calls me it
2) He once stole my purse, put it on a cabnit and blocked it so i couldnt grab it
3) I took his waterbottle from his bag when we were walking then he grabed my wrist and tried to get it back and we were play fighing
4) He keeps asking me if im going to prom and if im going with someone
5) He asks me questions like where i work..
6) He yells to me across the room during lunch for no apparent reason
7) I walked by him in the hall and he got mad i didnt say hi
8) He looks at me
9) he laughs with me and we joke around alot
10) He will give me a peice of gum/candy even if he is low if i ask him for it
11) Helps me if I dont understand something in class
12)jokengly blows kisses to me
13) his friends know me even though i dont know them

OK, she knew he was married, and when i first found out, I gave her h*ll. What did she expect, for me to be nice about it? I never physically thretened her, for that wont change the fact that it happened, and will only wind me up in jail. But she later has her friend call me and threatens physical violence. I'm 32 and maybe I'm a bit out of the game, shes 21, but whats up with the threat of physcial violence? If i wanted to be that childish about it, I think I have more right to beat her a** then she does mine, afterall, it is her that f*cked my husband, not the other way around. So whats up with the threat of violence? And whats the best way to deal with that?

they had a fight she broke up with him for a week during that time he met someone else and he told her after they got back together again he try to prove to her that he wasn't joking by picking up the phone and call the other girl she saw her phone # and call the other girl the other lied that she was married so she thought that he was just joking and took him back he told her that he will break up with that girl for her then later on he asked her why did you call my girl friend and was upset that she called her and dumped her after they went out why would he be upset when he was going to break up with the other for her in the first place? he said if you didn't call her I'll still be with you.he find out that she called the other because the other confronted him when he was breaking up with her.why the other girl lied?How will my friend handle this situation if they both call her?

Things my spouses ex has done. (1) we were at a grandkids ballgame, I walked off to let my (then) boyfriend talk to his ex. (I am not the jealous type) When i came back ..she waits until I get close and says "Thanks babe for the drink" and hands his drink cup back. I do not think he should have shared his drink with her anyway but she definitely waited to hand it back so I could see him sharing with her. I blew it off. (2) 5 days after our honeymoon I am sitting at the desk with the PC and all of a sudden an IM message pops up from her saying "hi, what r u doing" to my newlywed husband. This was on a Saturday at 6:00 pm. I asked why she was saying Hi to my husband on a weekend (or really any time)...she comes back with "because we are friends". I am really not an insecure person, but I felt very disrespected and that she was only trying to cause trouble. She was horrible during their marriage and tries to make herself seem very innocent in these things. They have no kids. Thoughts?

My soon to be ex-husband is a drug addict living in his car, jobless, homeless, he has nothing. He came to visit our two sons on Sunday and he sneakingly got in my purse stole my atm bank card and went and took $300 out of my bank account. I'm so mad, I don't ever want him over to my house again or to see our kids. I also realized that he stole our 7 year old son's piggy bank, it is gone from its hiding spot. Do I still allow him to see the children? I'm so mad and I reported him to the police and everything. Am I right by not allowing him to come see the kids anymore, or am i just being selffish because I'm angry for what he did? I just feel he stole money from his wife, the mother of his children, to me that is stealing money from his own kids mouths.
Should I keep him away for good? It has been 8 years of this marriage and he's been a on and off drug addict the entire time. Are my kids better off with their dad out of the picture? I just want the best for my boys. Help!!!!

In a few months I will have been married for one year. It will also be the 2 yr aniversary of the first time I realized I wanted to leave this man. Bascially he was a "good boyfriend, for now" that I got too comfortable with. Things got significantly less comfortable and we spend life tiptoeing around each other's bad moods and spending one happy day that keeps me coming back despite the many hurdles along the way.

Is the small amount of happiness we share worth the hassle of all our incompatibilities? All of our friends are mutual (we've been together for years and grew up as friends in the same hometown) and our families are very close. It is my first marrriage and I am afraid that people will call me a failure.

What if no one sticks by MY side in the breakup? Will I be alone? How can i rescue whats left of my life and start anew? Happy & Independent?

Why do divorce parents not grow up and try to be friendly toward their ex- spouse instead of getting "at" them through their children.?

Why do they not see that hurts their own child(ren)?

And why does the second wife try to get "even" with the first wife? After all the first wife doesn't want to the ex any more she's gone with her life, but they have mutual children that sometimes needs to be talked about.

It is all SOOOOO CHILDISH!

I've been married 37 years this next week... so I haven't experienced this... it's through friends and others.

I need some help, I have only been marrie a year and I only Married her because she got pregent. Now we are going through a divorce. I filled out my divorece papers and served her. Today She served me and the papers smellied like weed. She put in them that I am not allowed visatations. I can call her 2 hours in advance if I want to see my son at her house were she lives with her dad. A few weeks ago she told me I needed to sign over rights to my son. During the week its hard for me to see him because I work 12-15 hours a day. Can anyone help or have advice I would really appresate it. Also my son lives with her, he bottled feed and will be 9 months on june 5. I also went out and bought everthing I needed for him. PLEASE HELP Also when I filled out my papers I was really resanable. I asked for ever other weekend and each year we switched holidays. The only thing we would have troble is his birthday because he was born on my birthday.

My "ex" girlfriend decided to dump me last weekend she told me we needed space. So I gave her space. We talked last night and she said there's nothing to say she wanted more space then just a week and she would consider taking me back if I left her alone till Friday.

Today she text messaged me while I was at work saying Hi. I said why are you talking to me? You wanted space...she said "eh You've left me alone enough what would you like to talk about?" I told her I was busy. She told me she wanted to make love again sometime. She told me she also still loves me and that being away from me makes her miss me.

so i asked her...so then what are we?
and she said "not together"
and I said then why were you saying all of that just now?
she told me she didn't know why and that she did not want a relationship right now.

I love this girl to death but I'm not going to be played around like that...I'm so confused!

So when a guy tells you he loves you does he really mean it?? Or do you ( guys) have to be in a long relationship for you to mean it?? Or does it matter??
Do you even mean it when its said, at all??
And whats some things that you tell your girlfriend/wife that you really dont mean?? Anything at all....Your pretty, I love you, things like that. What do you really mean when you say these things? Is it I just want to have sex??
