How can I find out if my fiance's ex already filed for divorce and if the paperwork is already completed?

If it's completed, it's public record. If it's just been submitted, you'll never be able to find out because you're not named in the case. He should have been served with the complaint at some point if she filed, right? Did he get the papers yet?

Did you fiance sign papers? If so, they should know what court they were filed in. Then check with that court.
