I used to live in Miami and LA and had like three times more sex than here in New England. Overhere, they just like to bore you to death with their opinions and then call it a night! Why is that?

For one, was online YEARS ago and met a girl who is like 7 years younger. And they talked off and on for about 5-6 years. He kept wanting to meet her but she kept refusing because he was/is married with two kids. He kept getting frustrated and would constantly get mad at the girl for not meeting him. Anyways, just recently the guy texted this girl and said he felt stupid and hopes nothing comes of the situation. He said he didn't want to go into what happened but he asked why he always thought of himself first. So the girl assumed he went and cheated on his wife with another woman only when she hinted at it, he said it wasn't what he did, it's more of what happened. Then she hadn't seen or heard from him in weeks. Now from the sounds of it, he got in big trouble with his wife but why would he want to do something like that if he was/is married? Why wouldn't he end it with his wife if he is/was not happy?

He always talks about things for "when we're married" and gets excited about building a house and living together. He is taking classes at a local school and doesn't get to work full time though so he said right now he doesn't have the money for a ring. Although he always reassures me he wants to be married I'm scared that he may just be afraid of commitment.

My middle child, is going on a canoe trip with his boy scout troop in July, and starting this april, their troop is doing an event every weekend to help train and get the boys ready to go. The leader has required the boys to participate in at least 85% of all activites and meeting to be able to go. I appreciate this as I want my son to be prepared.
My problem: A good share of these practice events are a one day thing on weekends, and it is EVERY weekend, Mothers day weekend, memorial day weekend, graduation day. I thought Boy Scouts was suppose to focus a lot on family? Why block up every weekend when they could be combined and have a weekend off sometimes to go camp with family or on a road trip with family? When do I get to spend time with my son? We travel alot on weekends in summer so this kinda blocks us up for the majority of summer.
Does this seem like a lot or am I overreacting? Dont get me wrong, Scouts r great & this is a 1X experience for him.

When I was pregnant with our son in December 2005, i caught my husband in a locked bedroom with his ex at his brothers house. When I told him "lets go right now" he hesitated, pacing back and forth for an hour and walking outside until he was ready to go. Also after I had our baby, almost immediately he avoided me for 2 months and his ex started showing up at his cousins house(where he lived before we got married) "visiting his cousins wife" and "bringing the kids to see him" all of a sudden, sometimes even when my husband wasn't there. Do you think he really wanted to be with her and just stayed with me because I was pregnant?

My boyfriend was invited to a childhood friend's wedding. The invitation is addressed ONLY to him. No "Mr. Smith AND GUEST." Am I wrong to feel slightly offended by this??

My boyfriend & I have been dating over 2 years. We've been very serious for some time, living together. We're definately not "on & off again." We're in our late 20s.

I've been married for 3 months now. I hate it. My husband and I don't even talk to each other, and sex is every 2 weeks or so. He doesnt even know I'm upset when I try to talk to him he turns it around and doesn't listen. This is not how I want my marriage to be.

Since we got back from our honeymoon it's like we don't even like each other... So far, marriage is dumb and I hate it.

Anyone have any tips on how we can become happy newlyweds???

Been with the same guy for better than five years but every 3 to 6 months he just turns really, really mean. So very tierd of it but at this point in my life don't want to do years alone again. OK, so I want a beach themed wedding. Here is what I am planning: Married at sunset, reception at night. Outdoors, white christmas lights, white candles lit, and white flowers here and there. I want a bonfire and I want the food to be barbequed on site. Not too formal, but still very nice.

I need ideas on a cute guest book, favors, invitations, and cake decoration. And whatever else you can think of!

Will you look at these pros & cons & tell me what you think? I dont know if I'm "expecting too much"
my boyfriend of 2.5 yrs...
pros: attractive, usually sweet, loves me, not a cheater, generous & thoughtful- takes me to great places, buys flowers, sends me to the spa etc.

cons: works constantly (usually 10am to midnight), terrrible in bed, slacks on house stuff(we share bills & chores), bitches about work the whole time I ever talk to him during the day, acts immature around me sometimes (farts, repeats lines from movies, makes spaceship noises)

My husband and I are looking at possibly starting a family next year. We're not wealthy, by any means. I'd really like to be a stay at home mom. My husband is supportive of this, if we can find a way to make it work. (I plan on going back to work part to full time once our future child enters kindergarden).

I'm currently about 1/4 through my college degree, and will continue to take night classes once we have a child (The way we're planning, I'll be about 1/2 way through college when they are born). For clarification, I am almost in my mid twenties, not fresh out of high school. :) My husband works days, so he can be home with our future child in the evenings when I am at class.

To the stay at home moms who did it on a budget- how did you do it? Any good tips/ideas? What worked for you? How hard was it? (I don't want to spend each month worrying if we're going to be able to pay the water bill).

and that mistake is so PATHETIC that others wont accept that you made a mistake,when this mistake itself is not worth to judge on?

When I was 4 months pregnant with our son in December 2005, an incident happened that made me accuse my husband of cheating with his ex girlfriend (not wife, i am his first wife) and of course he denied it. Now just about 2 months ago, my husband finally confessed to cheating with her and ever since i have been depressed and have low self esteem. Since it was technically in the past when he told me, should I forgive or leave? If I stay I will still have to look at this woman because they had kids before we got together but if I leave I will be miserable becuase i love him.

My wife left me in September with her three kids, 20, 12, 6 to another state; because I advised her, we could not do things her ways. She always puts her oldest son first in everything before the family. I said to her he going to do his own things and he needs to be on his own. We gave him a car, in a month he ran to the ground. After my wife had it for three with no problems, he said to her why we did not tell him about maintenance of a vehicle. Then he moved out got a job and roommate with his friends, then about a month later he quits his job because they asked him to work 12 hours. Now he wants money to hang out. Get a job then quits.
12-year-old stepson is very lazy, ask him to do chords he cries about it, he needs gloves to wash dishes, but when he wants to play football or sports he gone. He does not wants to be late, but anything else he late for. I spoke to my wife about it several times. The 6 year old stepdaughter always wants attention, always want to sleep with us, I told her I do not sleep kids in the same bed. Now after 7 months she want to come back home. Because her sister was, living with her is leaving too and she does not have a babysitter for her kids. In addition, about to evicted, have several evictions noticed posted on her already. Son moved back to the city with friends, now she wants to come back to me. She has no way out beside her mother in another state. She said she stay until she get a job and we could get a bigger place to live in. I am concerned about things are now; I asked her you still love me? She said yes still love you but I do not like the things you did.

My husband and I were at a concert with a bunch of friends and ran into my ex I previously dated before him (7 years ago).
Ex was extremely drunk but everything was civil and friendly. Then he procedes to go into a rant to my husband how if it wasn't for him that I would still be his girlfriend and how he wishes we were still together. My husband gets really upset and lays him out. I was upset with my husband and thought he overreacted because I didn't take my ex seriously at all due to his drunkeness. Did I underreact or did he overreact?

Here is my situation. I don't know why, but it seems like I cannot initiate a relationship. It just this feeling of uneasiness I get when I talk to people, especially to people I don't know. Its weird too, because I live with a friend who I have known for the last 20+ years (since we were kids), and I still have those uneasy feelings around him. Anyway, this makes it near impossible to start a conversation with a woman. It's even hard to look at one, because I cannot tell whether I am looking to long or if they think its inappropriate. The last relationship I had was when I was 16, which ended in massive failure. Now I'm 22, and been out of the loop for so long that I feel like its time to give up. Anyone know what the hell is wrong with me?
