ifeel i have had this once before when i met a guy and he held me that night till i slept because i was still upset about catching my x cheating(they r mutual friends) we could never pursue anything more because of them being friends, but everytime i see him i realize my feelings, and we both are like magnets. Is love at first sight real?

No. It's not love, it's attraction or lust.
Love takes time to build...and we can eventually grow to love someone that we felt a strong initial attraction to, but that first feeling isn't love. How can you love, from your heart, someone you know absolutely nothing about?
