I have been offered the opportunity of working from home for a foreign employer in the US on a freelance infrequent basis and paid via Paypal. I'm guessing this would involve 10-20 hours per month on average.

As this is a foreign employer, would I need to declare this to the inland revenue (I already work full-time in the uk), and if so, would it be taxed at basic rate 22% - my total income from both jobs is unlikely to exceed the £33,000 mark required for highr rate.

Thanks

Question Details: River Phoenix was regarded as the greatest actor of his generation back in the early 90's before his tragic death at the age of 23 on the 31st of october 1993 outside the Viper room in L.A from a drug induced cocktail. Had he of lived he would have been 37 now, do you think he would have been bigger than Tom cruise or do you think he would have left acting, to pursue his love of music with his band Aleka's Attic?

Boy, some people have a problem with numbers around here. 666 is a number, people. See what a number does to you? Does your life even closely resemble the myths that you believe?

AS for the one who warned me that I should be reported for not asking what even closely resembles a question. I was CELEBRATING my freedom of everything that this number represents. There's the question mark up there for you.
CHEERs!

I have been married to a lovely man for only a year. We have been together 4 years, living together over 2 years. I cant say that weve always had a fantastic relationship but he is very kind, caring, generous, he would never betray me or cheat on me. We both work long hours in stressful jobs. We got married & I came off the pill just b4 we wed so that we could try for a baby straightaway. We had a fabulous honeymoon & we were very happy. But when we came back from honeymoon, we didnt make love for 2 months! He wanted a baby just as much as me. He has 2 sons from his previous marriage, who we have 3 days a week, every week. My self esteem dropped to nothing. I tried talking to him, screaming at him, writing him letters but he always just said he was tired. I met a man just as a friend & confident, however, that has led to an affair. My husband did start paying me more attention around Christmas time but by then, I had fallen for this other man. I havent slept with this other man as I...

I remember reading somewhere that "People with a personality disorder don't know they have a problem, and deny there is anything they need to control". Does that mean that those people who are BPD and OCD are not aware that they have personality disorders? Then, what about the others who have multiple personality disorders? Is the answer yes to all those questions? Or not? then what about those people who have high intrapersonal intelligence, can they be aware that they have any personality disorder or are they too intelligent when it comes to knowing themselves that it's not possible for them to lose control of their self to cause a personality disorder?

I know i have so many questions, hopefully you'll be able to answer all of them (i'm just so curious that i'm dying to know).

The light from Swarovski crystals is prismatic - it is almost like how a diamond seperates light into different colors. I have a Canon EOS, and have tried various manual settings, but can't seem to find the right combo. I don't know if I should be using a filter or a particular kind of lens or something.

they consider it an affront to their infallibility? I mean, the price is right for them, since they don't like using their own money. Maybe if we made Conservatives pay for Spell Check they would use it. Is it that, or just a lack of basic education and common sense?

Oh yes, and God is real. (That should get them to answer.)

In the olden days women would have 10 or 15 children, even in the days of the depression. My Grandma had her children every two years, so she was able to control her desires. It could make sence to have four or five, but why not stop there. So in theory, is childbirth that painful. If so why would you want to do it again?
