10 month old baby forgotten how to clap and wave?

My 10 month old baby had learnt how to clap and wave bye-bye when he was 8 months old. But, from a couple of weeks, he refuses to do clap. when anyone waves bye-bye, he just whines. Has he forgotton how? Did anyone have a similar experience? Should I be concerned? He hasn't crawled yet, but can pull up and cruise.

My dog got teased by people here. They loved to see him at the length of his chain growling and snapping..?

There were some folks (neighbors kids and local adults) here that came to our property. They would sling shot rocks at my dog, and jump at him to make him get so worked up where he is snapping at the air, growling, snarling and barking. This is happening while we are not home or asleep. The kids would walk around here with their heads covered with their hooded sweat shirts. We have reported to the animal control people and the police but they dont do anything but to drive by and see what was going on. They dont do anything, they dont even talk to the neighbors about their unruly and undisapplined kids. My dog bit a child that was a friend, he had his hood on. He was hurt but he will be fine. We were fined and I had just put my dog down Monday due to him being deemed vicious. He was a loyal dog, a very good close family dog. The folks and neighbors tormented him. What could be done legally to help prevent this from happening again?

Hi there,, whenever i m trying to adjust the volume of my HP laptop with the help of buttons given on key board my system freezes and i need to restart it to work again.. i installed the latest drivers from HP website but still the problem persist.. somebody help me??!!

Wasn't Kenneth Star an "American Mullah" on the loose and with an unlimited checkbook?

Things started out with an all out attempt at uncovering a real estate scandal.

Kenneth Star must have been totally frustrated because he spent millions of our dollars and the only piece of real estate he could offer to the American people, was a couple of square inches on the surface of a dress!

All of those millions of dollars and months of investigation to come up with a generic Newt Gingrich-like case of adultery?!

Is adultery an impeachable offense?

Was Kenneth Star an American Mullah on the loose who was unwittingly providing strategic distraction for his counterpart Islamic Mullahs in Iran?

And for Al Qaeda to boot?!

My lazy sister - what should I do??

My younger sister is quite lazy and extremely messy - I mean, I am not terribly neat myself, but I am worried about her - she leaves dishes in the sink for days on end, garbage (smelly!) overflowing in the house, clothes laying around on the floor. When we go to her house, we have to negotiate our way around the floor to prevent us falling over. She has asked me to help her, but I don't really know what to say besides clean up after yourself! I think she is suffering from depression also. Have you ever been this messy and disorganised, and been able to "correct" your ways so that you are not so bad. My young nephew lives with her and I worry about him being brought up in this environment as well. My sis knows she has trouble, but I don't know what to do to help her.

Irregular Bleeding and bad cramping while on birth control??

I was put on birth control to control my bleeding. This afternoon, out of nowhere, in the middle of my month of pills, I started bleeding moderately (I'm not bleeding massively, bt it's bright read and clots) I am also cramping badly. So bad I'm doubled over. I also had sex earlier today. It wasn't anything crazy so I don't think anything was punctured or anything. What should I do. Is this something that can wait until my doctor's appt on the 21st?
