Do you REALLY want it spoiled? Think well....here goes:
**********************SPOILER********************************
Sam was abducted by the yellow eyed demon and dropped into a deserted haunted town with some characters that we recognize (Ava and Andy) and some we don't (Lily and Jake). All are "special" children. Lily dies quickly. Andy gets a psychic message to Dean who is with another hunter. The Roadhouse burns down. Ashe dies. Ellen is missing. Sam finds out that this is a testing ground and only one will survive. That person will be a general in the demon's army. Andy is killed by Ava. Jake kills Ava and tries to kill Sam. Dean shows up and holds what appears to be a dead and/or dying Sam. Episode ends there.

Short version: Sam got taken to some ghost town by the yellow eyed demon that was abandoned because it was too hunted. There he met others with abilities: that guy that could convince anyone to do anything, that girl that had visions like Sam, a guy with super strength, and a girl that can kill with a touch. The yellow eyed demon tell Sam that he needs only one to lead his army and they are to kill each other. It ends with the super strong guy stabbing Sam in the back, killing him. I left a lot out so you should see it online.

OH YES I DID!but u must be in america because i did not watchit yesterday i watched it on monday and it was called "born under a bad sign" so soz i can't tell u wat happened coz u are proply up to a different ep
