Kate's scruffy look is cultivated, meaning she pays through the nose for her look. In Hollywood, it's not unusual for a star to pay $200 to $400 for a haircut. Most of us, when we look scruffy, we just haven't bothered to groom ourselves. It might seem the same, but if we stood next to her, you'd be able to tell how cultivated her look really is. We can learn to copy her "expensive mess" look, and not look "commonly" scruffy.

Social acceptance is directly proportional to fame and contents of the bank account. There's better looking girls pass my house on their way to work than Kate Moss.

omg woman after my own heart who asked this question!!! her hair is always raggedy she wears clothes out of second hand shops that arent exactly the height of fashion jus different to what everyone else is doing and then shes supposedly 'the most beautiful glamorous woman in the world' what about the likes of paris hilton, victoria beckham and beyonce?!?!? who are always glamorous and perfectly groomed. if say, the england football wags went out like that the papers would claim that they 'looked a mess' but supposedly kate moss is really beautiful and glamorous... it does my head in, it really does

Because she is rich and famous. She appears to be able to get away with anything these days, us mere mortals would have been lynched for the drugs she manages to (allegedly) get through with her loser boyfriend. I think she isnt even attractive, never mind the beauty that the media make her out to be!

personally, i think if you didnt know who she was and you passed her in the street, you wouldnt look twice at her. There are a lot nicer looking females going around than her so I dont see what all the fuss is about.
