about a year ago, i found a gray hair in the back of my head. From there it has grown. not all over, but in patches! two in the front above my ears, and in the back where it all began. it doesn't run in the family so thats out. im 15 now, and 14 when it started. how can i treat this? (with out coloring)

any one else have premature gray hair?
or any one know anyone with gray hair?
and if so, what happened or how did they treat it.

I had super long hair, but it was just simple and straight and I really needed a change. I went and go it cut a little past my shoulders with layers and it looks good, but I kinda miss the length I had, so I am just wondering what men prefer, shorter healthier hair, or longer plain straight boring hair? thank you :o)

I've been learning to make peace with my curly unruly hair (its about shoulder length now), but I'm trying to figure out how to repair all its damage.

Its been cut 8 inches, so all the scragglies are gone, but there are certain sections where the hair is so dry (disgusting!), particularly where my hair meets the back of my neck, and parts where it feels normal (perfect). Is there anyway that i can fix it? Are there certain styles that will keep my hair healthier or shampoos that will help eliminate the dryness.

I have shoulder length brown hair that has short layers all round and have a side swept fringe, my face shape is pretty simialar to the girls face in the picture, im just torn between getting it cut short or letting it grow long please help!!!

my hair's dry. closer to straight on top, baby hairs are frizzy, cartooney odd waves and few ringlets underneath. as my hair grew from childhood it staightened out b/c of length but not completely. i dont remeber if my hair changed from so-called 7yr cycle. currently it seems a teeny bit less of a frizzy battle when combing after shower. it looks more relaxed (except underneath). why is my lower hair more curly/wavy? straightning hair makes it look flatter (not for me my hairs thick) &shiny where each strand is so evenly spaced out. i hate that look it looks fake to me. i want my hair texture to somdeay look like the girls' in the link. would that be possible? my hair did change a tiny bit (slightly less unruly but still dry) after seemingly straightening it a little once a week or less. & how to gain moisture?

I just had my 2nd baby 3 mos. ago and am really stressed out lately due to things at home that is going on. Everytime I brush my hair, so much hair is in the brush! Even long strands and it's been going on for about a month now. I don't know what to do...does anyone have any suggestions?

I have light to medium skin tone, and my eyes are very dark/brigh green with a little gold and brown in em. my hair has side bangs that are a little choppy and cute and the rest of my hair is a couple inches below my shoulders and my hair has alot of choppy longer layers in it, its really cute, but its dark brown now, but do you think light blonde would be cuter than dark brown? i mean like if it was the same style just light blonde.

my mum has very long hair that just down to her middle thighs.She started to grow her hair when she was in her late 30's.Now she is 45 years old.She wears her black straight mane into a huge braid bun that fixed on her head with a big hairnet.Since every friend of hers does not like her super long hair,my mum cut it short today,to should length.During the cut,lot of tear came out from mum's eyes.She used to be a very strong one ,and it was my first time saw her crying.This whole day she was very sad,which made me very sad too.I thought mum treated her hair like her treasure,and now she has lost it and could never get back (due to her age).I would ask girls ,why my mum was so sad ,What did she feel when the hairdresser chop her long hair?I have no courage to ask her directly.

if i go lighter ill do a dark blonde b/c my hair is medium brownish but the ends are just really light because of dying it from before and if i go darker ill do a dark brown with a reddish tint...
