No... The color of a person's hair is determined by the amount and distribution of melanin in the cortex of each hair (the same melanin that's found in the epidermis). Hair becomes gray when people age because pigment no longer forms.

The answer is "no". What one can do to preserve all the hair instead of reducing the volume, just colour it, that's fine.Every white hair taken out reduces the number by 1....and, it never ends.That's not a solution to get rid of white hair. Just colour the whole lot .OK?

I'm not positive, but I have heard hair stylists say that you shouldn't pull Grey's or White's because they do grow more.

No, it is a myth.
Hair grows form a follicle, like a root. You cannot create more follicles without chemical help.
Pulling them out, breaking them off, not creation.
Once they are white, they will not return to color, without Chemical intervention.

that's what they say why don't you try a color wash like wash that gray right out of my hair I'm sure a salon would have a better version its not like dieing your hair it just gets rid of the gray
