I just had my 2nd baby 3 mos. ago and am really stressed out lately due to things at home that is going on. Everytime I brush my hair, so much hair is in the brush! Even long strands and it's been going on for about a month now. I don't know what to do...does anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like you need some you time. Stress can make you loose weight, lose your hair, and all sorts of other things. When your stressed you don't eat properly. By some of your other questions lately I can see why you are stressed and a new baby demanding your attention isn't helping either. Try some vitamins to help restore your body some B12 for your nerves. Then if nothing works I would see a Dr. and get the proper help you need.

Stress can cause all sort of health problems including serious fever or alergies. So if you've been stressed out lately and have had a baby It's normal your whole body's upset. I think the best thing to do is not to brush to hard so you don't pull anything out, take it easy and see what happens. I think when everything is back to normal again and you're relaxed your hair will be good again after a few weeks.

I know you are going through a hard time and are full of stress and depression which causes hair loss. Maybe you need a little medication and talk to a good friend or counselor and try your best to rest and find a new arena to ease out your frustrations and depression and feel good about yourself.

I am really sorry to hear that your hair is falling out girl! And that first answer to your question was totally OFF POINT! Your hair is falling out because you are stressed and you are not eating properly! You should seek immediate steps to restoring your hair and the first would be to elleviate the stressors. Get organized, eliminate unnecessary daily routines and the routines that are necessary find ways to make them run more efficiently! Next you need to invest in some good hair care products because you are going to need these to help with restoration. Also eat more fruit and veggies, sit down and take your time and enjoy your meal, children, life, etc.............

Your body is loosing to much nutrition. Between the stress at home, the stress of just having a baby and all that takes out of you, you need to eat more and take multi-vitamines. It will not cure it right away but you should notice less and less hair in you r brush.
Oh and cancer does not cause hair loss it is the treatment of cancer (chemo) that causes you to loose hair!!!!
