how does the girl from tokio hotel get her hair to stay up and spiked like that is there any certain product (other than hairspray)

I think that's a dude, but anyways, you need a styling paste and gel. Try the one from Redken, or the Manipulator from Bed Head. For gel, try Super Clean Extra from Paul Mitchell. When you get out of the shower, put the Super Clean Extra gel in your hair, along with an oil, such as the Silk Infusion from CHI, to prevent flaking of the gel. Blow dry up, to get the movement of the hair. If your hair isn't already straight like that, then you might want to straighten it up, again, to get the movement. Get styling paste and spike it. Finish off with a hairspray, the best is Super Clean Extra hairspray.
