I am a Young Female and There is Hair on my Upperlip?

Question

It is about 2 mm long and not that noticable. Its annoying and makes me feel insecure. What should i do?

I do not want it coming back bushy and I dont want it to be noticable that I shave...

Will it grow back darker and bushier if i do though?

DO NOT shave it.

Wax it.

Get those premade wax strips and you just rub them between your hands to warm the wax, pull the strip apart, and put the sticky side down on your upper lip. Then pull in the opposite direction of the hair growth. It pulls it all out and when it grows back in it's very light and not noticeable.

I wax mine every other month or so! Gross, I know, but better than having a moustache!

1. Don't shave it. Trust me, it would grow back darker and you wouldn't want that...
2. Creams dont work, it would grow back faster
3. Go for electrolysis or wax.
4. If you wax, remember to put powder on the area you are waxing, OR ELSE THE SKIN WOULD COME OFF... Waxing is not painful, if its done right. Do it quickly, then put ice on it so it does not sting.

go and get it waxed. any beauty parlor (beautician) should do it, or you can go to one of those nail shops and they do waxing too...it only costs about 10 bucks, but you have to be consistent with it.

i have 3 nipples...my 3rd nipple grew a hair and it was long and i didn't like so i took a lighter and burn it and it never grew again......u should do the same, just quickly burn it for like 1millisecond ya....and if you shave it....more will grow until your whole body is covered with hair!!!!

p.s my 3rd nipple is 1/3 the size of my other 2 nipples and its right under my right nipple....it looks cool..

I have hair on my upper lip too. A few options are:
1) shaving - this causes hair to grow back coarser but at least it's pain-free, fast and cheap.
2) wax - painful but hair that grows after that is less rough and it takes longer for the hair to reappear again cos the root of the hair is taken off during waxing
3) bleach - this is rarely done but it works for some people, and it's best done by a professional
4) go to those beauty salons that offer permanent hair removal service - i think this is the best choice but consider it only if you have the cash.

Personally i shave using a ladies' shaver that comes with a moisturizer and all cos i really cannot stand the smell of waxing and it's so freaking painful. I don't dare to bleach cos it might give me an allergy reaction. I might consider the last option in future. Well don't lose ur confidence just cos of the hair, as u said it's not that noticeable anyway.
