Wish you had listed the make and model as they are different for each...
Usually it is the largest round button on the front of the PC. If you can not get it to turn on, check the back of the PC. Some have a separate power switch on the back that has to be turned on before the front button will work.
If all else fails, trying read the manual (or checking the manufacturer's web site).

Look for one with a circle with a vertical line intersecting it... a bit like a clock at 12:00. Or maybe with a 1/0 if it's an IBM.
I assume you mean your computer's power button not yours. You are a person and people don't have power buttons.

If it's a desktop/tower usually the largest button on front of case, if it has a "drop down flap" thing, try behind that.
If it's a laptop generally between keyboard and screen.
If you really can't find it pack up the PC, ( I assume it's new) and sent it backl to the manufacturer.
Enclose a note as follows.
"Dear Sirs, please refund my money as I'm too thick to even turn this on"
If you wish to keep the computer, contact the supplier or read any manuals it came with.

That is one strange computer. Try look for anything round and that could be you power button. Unless your power button is the keyboard itself. Try holding down a few keys to see they could be the ones.

Sometimes there is a switch for the power supply at the back of your computer, this may be the means for you to switch your computer on.
Otherwise, look for the round button everyone else has suggested looking for.

on a mac sometimes they are on the keyboard
on a pc they are usually on the front or back
some pcs start by keyboard though
