I wish I knew more. Like your age, what you did, past problems, etc. But I will speak in the abstract as best I can to address this. List what you have done wrong in the past ( besides this even) and how you learned from your mistakes and how you would not do them today. Then focus on this particular thing you did wrong. Say why you did it ( selfishness or greed or laziness -whatever the reason was) and state how you see now it was not correct. Then state your plan for the future to avoid this happening again. In other words you will need to say HOW you are going to change your behavior. This will need to be very BIG. Otherwise you will fall back into the same wrongdoing. In otherwords, do something drastic like re do your daily routine, your room, sell something, take a day trip, volunteer to do something to help others, etc. My thought is that only by doing something momentously different will 2 days from now change your life enough to help your father see you are serious. Years from now when you are on your own paying for your own housing, car, electricity, water, insurance and health insurance, food, tv, etc you will look back and say, "I am so thankful my father cared about me and happy that I changed my behavior in time when I was younger' Best wishes to you
YOU CAN DO IT

Know what? This is something you have to figure out on your own. You have no business soliciting answers here when this ultimatium was put to you and not anyone here.
Asking what to say here means one thing. You have no intention of pulling your head out of you as*. Nor have you any remorse or even given any serious consideration to whatever it was you did to put you in this jam anyway.
Try thinking like an adult. It may surprise you as well as your parents. As it stands...it looks to me like you'll be sleeping under the stars soon.
Bet you're glad the weather is getting warmer huh?

How about the truth of how you really feel about the situation and what you would like to make it work as a family unit.

Trying to say the right thing just to make him happy is not helping either one of you.
