You were never best friends with but were good enough friends , so you thought that would make the friendship stronger -because you had a lot in common, and you thought the friendship would last a life time, but started to realize it might not be what you expected? How did you finally let go of the friendship, you thought was a hit?

Well I like this guy and he kept on dropping signals and I really thought he liked me but turns out he doesn't. Everybody else thought he liked me too, but he says over and over he doesn't. I understand rejection but why do I feel so bad? Did I really like him that bad? How can I get him off my mind (but don't tell me to think of something else, I've tried)?

i met this girl about 2 months ago and we talked lots on the phone when we couldn't see each other. we weren't dating or anything like that, but we were just friends.

i got the feeling that she liked me as a friend and that she enjoyed having me around. the dead give away was that she kept asking me to do things with her and even invited herself to my house twice (but never turned up cos of work and her parents). and also told me that she wud rather go with me to a dance with her than her current date (not her bf).

a couple of weeks ago, we had a fight bcos i told her that i was starting to like her more than a friend (a mistake)... she didn't feel the same. then she said about a week later, she didn't want to be friends anymore and that we should go our separate ways. she said sorry that she's being naive bcos she's new to relationships (we r both 17)

this was our only fight ever. we got along so well together as friends, i dun wanna lose this.

I've asked this before, but I need to ask it again..... I am soon to be 30, he is soon to be 46. Our personalities fit hand in glove, and three hours in a coffee shop talking about everything and everything...went by like it was just under an hour, and we wished we had just one more hour... BUT, he has seven children. And a bad marriage in his past. Granted, I have that too, but only one child.

Does the age difference matter? Will he be able to have more children, if he wanted to? Or is it as with women, that men become infertile at some point in life?

I wrote this poem for my crush
We are both seniors in highschool...
She sorta is a feminist and think all guys are uselss.. also a tomboy kinda of girl
I want her, I want to prove to her that there is a men that cares for her..

ok well its about my boyfriend. We been together a yr this christmas. We used to be friends in highschool but only started dating in university. He's a sweet guy he treats me so well i love him n he loves me . but lately im starting to doubt my love for him , like i dont have as much fun wit him , he seems so settled n boring its always me initiating conversation n planning things to do and stuff . Im a type of girl who likes a guy who does stuff for his girl as well as treat her right. He'll do things for me if i ask like if i want something then he's there for me but i want more than just when i ask, i want him to be more fun . He was more fun when we first dated. He also very very sensitive, like last time i was so mad and upset that i was about to cry but like i didnt i was just fed up and when he saw me upset he actually cried !! he also whines alot now it turns me off we talked bout it recently. I feel like i cant leave him cuz we say we love each other .. i dunno help ??

I'm 19 and I've been with my boyfriend for 9 months. I think I'm ready, and he is too. We love and respect each other greatly. I talked to my mom about birth control, and she is not so happy about this. When I told her I had been looking online for information, she suggested I get some opinions from people who wait until marriage; however most of these people where crazy religious, and I am not. On the one hand I want to a lot, but on the other hand, it seems nobler to wait, AND, it seems a little lame to do it at a parent's house. What's everyone's opinion?

I met a guy 4 months ago that I really thought liked me, & I liked him a lot too... We took the same language class together, went to eat after class & got to know each other for several weeks when he suggested that we hang out outside of class.

He took me to the movies, paid $10 for my ticket, wouldn't let me pay him back; he took me to this place to play a song on the piano for me; he said he thinks I'm awesome & really nice; he sent me text messages in 3 different languages; he called me in the middle of the night just to talk; & he even said he liked my lip gloss 1 time.

Yesterday I told him I think we should be together, but he said I'm too young, even though I'm 17 & he's only two years older than me, 19. He said he thinks it would be inappropriate, that we should instead just wait for now & see "where it goes."

He also said he was very flattered & it took guts to do what I did.

I feel so disappointed after all that happened. If this had happened to you, what would you do?

My bf has a job in which he gets off work at various times depending on how quick he gets his job done. I called him on his cell phone which is not a problem for him as he has no supervisor. I told him what I was doing and what my plan was for the day and then I asked him what time he would be home (we live together). Just for my information so I could be sure to be there when he got home as we work opposite shifts and I try to make the most of the limited time we have together. Well, he got so angry. Told me to quit checking up on him. Started talking very angry and said he had not idea what time he was getting off. Well, by 2:30 he should have known if it was going to be aprox. an hour or 2. Why do you think he got so mad? Was I wrong for asking such an innocent question? Geez, like I make dinner for the guy and I dont think it was so bad for me to ask this. He is REALLY angry at me. What do you think?
